you know why ? because i dont base my decision on bitcointalk/polo trollbox
nem still a baby of 2 years and you guys want this baby to go works and feed you
it is a child abuse .

The dormant list of old stakes has been dormant for eons; not sure if you can blame the stakeholders anymore. Many of the people who wanted out of NEM got out when it was $1-$4 million marketcap.
Right now all the action on the exchanges are whales and large dolphins. We're talking pred. about semi-anonymous people (well Poloniex should have their photo ID but we don't) who are pushing around 30-120 million XEM on the exchanges like it's pocket change.
There are 100 accounts that haven't woken up and been active at least once since Nemesis (this doesn't take into account the development funds). Most people have gone in and played around a while and decided to hold or moved their funds to the exchange. The fact that 97 percent of coins have been at least tested, is a good sign that the system is good now. We can assume that some of those last 100 won't ever move as the keys were lost. |

Catapult will be first tested and launched on permissioned chains, which is actually a good thing. They will be stressing it to the max, and any bugs will get worked out through quick development cycles that are not possible on a public chain. Also, it is easier to deploy experimental features in a permission evironment and see what sticks with businesses and what doesn't. When Catapult launches on the NEM network, we will have a tried and tested blockchain platform, that will have gone through more testing than our competitors. NEM will take a while to reach its full potential, but it will be worth it. |

The ATH was $1250 during MtGox and Bitcoin has never recovered in years. The highest it went in the past weeks was $1100 and now it's plunging. . .
I stand by the theory that the public will never forgive bad transgressions and I refer to things like MtGox, DAO, et cetera. . It's the same reason why I think Ethereum will never return to its' old ATH. Crypto users are wasting time and money by keeping money in failed projects like Bitcoin / Ethereum and not giving alternatives a chance. NEM has a better chance of hitting $30 billion than Bitcoin does.
