http://landstead.atraurablockchain.comLandstead uses NEM blockchain technology to create a decentralized registry of land and other properties, allowing government and citizens to co-create an open blockchain system that can be trusted and consulted by interested parties. - LAND AND PROPERTY REGISTRY ON THE NEM BLOCKCHAIN- Video: https://youtu.be/T5NATQSOWNs Looks great. A very simple interface for whats normally a complicated task. Lots of potential there. nice effort, foundation really being laid in NEM Someone seems to have just bought 30BTC on polo!

It already looks to be very popular. This one already has more retweets and likes than Apostille. The backend of Landstead and the Backend of Apostille are very similar actually. I would call them cousins and they both stem from a different and even more broad idea I have. The reason why I think Landstead is doing so well is that while more than 100 projects on Ethereum have "talked" about building identity systems on Ethereum, very few actually delivered. And Landstead not only did that but also government assets, and even registered property and property transfers between citizens. To my knowledge this is the most advanced demo I have seen like that. The problem with Apostille is sooooo many people have done PoE so Apostille gets over looked as just another PoE; it in fact is the most advanced PoE system I have ever seen by far, but people don't give it enough time to see it and it gets lost in the sea of all the other PoE systems. Whereas Landstead is definitely one of the firsts of its kind. One funny thing is our competition was building projects on Ethereum for literally months. But we did Landstead in under a week!

Wasn't it built in 4 days? Also Apostille code was written by one person instead of an army of people like some of the other initiatives out there. And it came with the nanowallet too.

The idea behind it took a while to formalize, but the coding was definitely done in under a week. I thought it was 5 days but I was working so hard it blurs together. hahaha
