For those of you who still think that the reason why NEM price is rising is due to recent good news, you are mistaken. If you look back to NEM trading history + news you will find out that NEM price actually use to advance few weeks if not few days BEFORE any good news. It seems that the teams behind projects looking for NEM technology adaption buy in before announcing any news "smart move" you would do the same for sure.
From that perspective, you should not wonder why NEM price is rising rapidly nowadays. It is a matter of weeks if not days where huge news will be announced for more teams/companies/projects/fintech/govs looking to adapt NEM technology.
This pattern is expanding rapidly. A year ago it was just one or two projects. Now its 10+ projects looking to use NEM block chaining technology. Where in the very near future "one to three months" 100+ projects will be involved with NEM.
NEM is scaling rapidly as a solid block chaining technology that can easily power multiple different projects with diversified background and approaches.

Hi & Thanks, BloodyRookie!  I am asking if an official* one is live right now (by the NEM team), not if/when there will be one available to the public. And, if so, what is the average daily trading volume? *Decision to participate in market making activities using project funds. I am not in the marketing team, but i doubt there is any market making activities. |

Ive always wondered...
why havn't people used blockchain technology to track say, video game credits (Say, an andriod RTS game) via blockchain technology? Essentially giving players/gamers a more hack-proof method of gaming, but also an opportunity to participate in a growing crypto market by holding a digital game currency that could have value?
It started to float around in my head when i noticed a few members of my family get into some rts andriod games and boast about their in-game treasuries...
Why couldn't NEM be used as a ledger system for such game currencies? And be interchangeable within the game via some in-game exchange? (So, gamers could sell their tokens for nem or vice versa).
Just seems like a huge opportunity there to not only demostrate the potential of nem/blockchain, but also spread awareness and create demand....
There's alot of already established andriod games that might show interest if approached correctly...

That is exactly what Xhai Studios are planning to do. They are incorporating NEM into their game "Send'em to hell" plus they are developing a platform for game developers, which will kind of be like an alternative to the Apple and Google appstore. They will integrate NEM there as well, so developers can easily use it as a game credit token or whatever. |

Bloody Rookie is one of the officials. If there was an official market making bot, he should know it. I know he's part of the NEM team, but it didn't sound like he was absolutely positive (e.g. not that i know of, i doubt). If what he said was meant as a definitive no, I'll take it. Just ask on telegram. Tbh i dont even understand what you want to know? |
