The account seems to be an bot if you look at its history. Only short sentences of questions. Currently there is a lot of such spamming going around especially in the altcoin annoucement section. Before you answer I would take a quick look at the posts history. It needs less time than answering the question.

I have been harvesting for about 3 months and had like 6 blocks harvested, got two with 0, two with fractions of a nem, once 3 and once 42 NEM.

Harvesting depends on your Importance Score. And your score depends on the balance you have vested and how active you are in the network. That makes comparing pretty hard.
For my part, everything is fine. Without opening the wallet now, I think I made around 4000XEM while being something around under the top 1000 of the rich list.
