For the life of me I don't understand why people haven't figured that out already! Ethereum is the biggest pain to work with. Its wallets are wonky. Even the ones that work aren't arranged intuitively. NEM is much easier to use. Probably the coin I know with the best working wallet is DMD Diamond.

First time I heard about NEM/XEM both the currency itself and its platform I really got interested and put faith on it that time would come and it would skyrocket to the moon and until now that still dont change even it's not a good buy looking on market chart yet I still believe it would happen sooner or later so I just keep holding them on my wallet.

Have the funds left your account?  Best thing is to contact poloniex support and explain what has happened.

As always with round numbers, some people will take profit. But NEM is a solid platform. Once a critical mass is reached it will accelerate by itself to further adoption. I personally think that most community members are holding longterm, even if they take some little profits along the way.

So you put the message in the address section and the nem address in the message?
If so I would imagine the transaction would be rejected and returned to your account.

btw why put in a message when withdrawing?

i disagree.  diamond looks like a "stable" wallet.  it is not however, on NEM's calibur.  Nano wallet has more features that DMD.  just saying.  it is not on the same level.  it's more of a better looking and stable bitcoin wallet.  that it.

Actually I have found a recent discussion here about this topic.
There were offers to reward both original stake holders (does not matter if they have all coins remaining or have 0 on balance) and additionally all those who could not redeem their stakes in time (basically such people who have lost all their funds).
It would make rich richer, poor richer, and those who missed would get their share too (because they also were initial stakeholders and they have believed in this idea).
