I actually got a priv key with a working address:

Empty though but this came out of shuffling the letters & numbers which are easy to see.

OMG. That is so rare. I hope the owner deposits more BTC.

Edit:
The private key doesn't work so I guess this is fake.

Used www.brainwallet.org to get an address off that priv key and then checked the address on blockchain.
I did not try to import the key though.

I know the address, so now I must try to conquer the challenge of finding the private keys

So, I have been doing some research.

After Alice saw that the next clue was found she made a transaction from the sos account.
Which to me means there is more morse code.

We also saw the famous http and 404 transaction which means stop looking for a URL.

Then she started making transactions from a PB account.....

PB, hmmmm, Point Blank?
Nah, Point Blue - as in the Blue dot?
Probably.

Also there are exactly 1 P and 1 B (the one in the address omitted) in the letters.

I have tried several checks, hashes and what not for everything in between those letters and came up with nothing.

I was also try something with inverse colors last night. Deleted at this time but nice labirints has been painted. I play with it and by the way invent rules for that (with arguments, for example, why I can go through this block, and can not though other) but no success at all. Also trying change images from original to inverted when stucks up at some moments. That is all I have started after trying to generate some addresses from texts processed on varies maners that has been getted from Alice in Wonderland. No good results...

Need more ideas.

Hi all. I visit this site often, and today came across this puzzle and the amazing work everyone has accomplished. I have an idea that came to mind that I decided to share, in case it somehow can help. If this has already been discussed, I missed it. And I did try to read the entire thread.

When I first studied the image I noticed the 'illegal' O and I. As I followed through the discussion I saw where the public address ends at the O. At that point I began to believe that the I is somehow related to the private key, possibly where it ends.

Then I got the the Morse Code solution. I believe that the OP has confirmed the message is:

THEY CAN NOT ATTACK WHAT THEY DO NOT SEE

and not

THEY CAN NOT ATTACK WHAT THEY CAN NOT SEE

However, I wonder if even though the OP corrected an obvious mistake (because the letters spell out the DO NOT and not the CAN NOT), they did not confirm that is the end of the Morse Code message.

Say you change the words:

TOP

to

I
STOP

1) take the entire string of characters, reading from top to bottom, then left to right (starting with green yellow red green yellow ....). I think that OP's transactions counting down from 23-1 may have been a clue to read the morse from top to bottom. OTOH we still haven't accounted for the weird lapses in the countdown.

2) treat green as dash (0), red as dot (1), and all other dots/characters as spaces between letters. (note: the set of valid morse letters has some weird limitations, so it was pretty easy to quickly determine that green should be dash, going in that direction. red as dash broke pretty quickly.)

I started bottom to top due to the transactions 23-1.

Actually, looking back on it, we should credit Prospero as the first person with a partly accurate translation; seeing that plus the "SOS + rEDGrN" hint got me back on morse code. Then moinen had the first fully accurate translation. I wish I could tag messages in here or something, it's hard to sort the good ideas that were ultimately fruitless from the actual progress.
