Oddly/coincidentally, sentence 51 of chapter 7 ties in with the riddle that the hatter sets ("Why is a raven like a writing desk?"):

If my counting's right:

48: “Have you guessed the riddle yet?” the Hatter said, turning to Alice again.
49/ 50: “No, I give it up,” Alice replied. “What’s the answer?”
51: ”I haven’t the slightest idea,” said the Hatter.

The answer to the riddle itself isn't in the book, but Lewis Carroll came up with an answer later: "Because it can produce a few notes, tho they are very flat; and it is never put with the wrong end in front!"

(Or "nevar" backwords, in other words.)

But can't get anything from that to open the zip file. No idea if I'm on the right track or not.

Blink 182 recorded an album titled the Cheshire Cat in 1995, although they were called Blink at the time.  They had to adjust their name due to a lawsuit by a band of the same name.

Hey guys, new here and still trying to play catch-up. I've read through the thread and thought I'd try to contribute some. Not really sure if it's still relevant (rumored onion-skin map?) but here's the fixed version of the image that I came up with...

Looks a lot like the rabbit (Frank?) from Donnie Darko...

I don't think that face is a face. It looks like a plot of land with a stone semi circle and some podium type things.  I want it to be the cheshire cat but the eyes and nose just don't sit right.

Yeap, Thanks!

I fast forwarded to 7:51 but all I got was the picture of a dude  Undecided

EDIT: Right before that FACECOIN is mentioned - FACE like the one we see in the picture.
Don't know could be completely irrelevant - probably.

EDIT: Definitely irrelevant - it's gone: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=405079.0

If you look at it the normal way round it looks like the face (or whatever it is), is sitting in a depressed square. The perspective works out too. Maybe we are looking for a location and 7:51 is the clue?

I looked into it, it turns out 751 is New York.

In what way is 7:51 NY?

Also, I got a clearer image of a depressed square for reference.
