This is the wallet it went to, as you can see, its not even a cannabiscoin wallet address but they still left my wallet and it appears they were confirmed

Is there a way to get them back at all?

transaction ID is 19c51797f20205922f7b3eacfc4812db00621d719e8312fec324e520c76d03be

it was a LONG time ago but I want them back! lol

EDIT when i put it into block explorer it says the transaction was in 1969?!?!?!

complete transaction details:

Status: 53748 confirmations
Date: 6/26/2014 00:59
To: CP4NK8Eavx1QZd7ijnH3WrwSaiu414nzUR
Debit: -7779.00 420
Transaction fee: -0.01 420

Transaction ID: 19c51797f20205922f7b3eacfc4812db00621d719e8312fec324e520c76d03be

Yes, if you have the private key that corresponds to the CCN address you sent the CANN to.  open the CCN wallet and in the console type "dumpprivkey CP4NK8Eavx1QZd7ijnH3WrwSaiu414nzUR" (with out the quotes) and it will return a private key.  Now copy that string of characters and then open your CANN wallet.
Again help->Debug Window-> Console this time type importprivkey (paste private key extracted from CCN wallet)

this should import that address into your CANN wallet

Make a backup of both wallet.dat and try this:

Bring your wallet.dat from cannacoin into cannabiscoin app and you can send your coins back.

(EDIT) the post before mine seem to be a better way to do it!  Mine is a little cowboy and can cause more harm but it would be a way that should work too.

Respect the differences, maybe we can achieve that milestone quicker than other already established communities? Anyway, if you receive a PM from me, I promise I'm not trying to sell you something... just helping organize some of the grassroots pushes. I plan on adding quite a few new links to the Google Doc and will send an update here when it's complete.

Two quick things

1. If I owned a competing dispensary, I would be buying coins and planning on selling laminated reloadable wallets and taking part in the movement. This coin could unite the competition in dispensaries.

2. AZ recognizes other states MMJ cards correct? that means that any of us from the other 23 states that have MMJ programs can travel to AZ and also get in on this deal.

Market cap is a stretch. But so many other coins have hit $5 and $10 a coin without a single defined purpose other than anonymous sending. Why would this coin be unable to achieve that value? Market cap alone? Please, Litecoin did it on just plain hype. Give it a rest. We won't buy that crap you keep shoveling in here.

WarrEagle,

YES Arizona's Medical Marijuana law DOES protect patients from other states, sort of...

Arizona law explicitly states that an out of state patient (a "Visiting Qualifying Patient") may NOT purchase or obtain medical marijuana from a Licensed Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Arizona.

Rather, out of state patients (Visiting Qualifying Patients) are ONLY protected from prosecution if caught possessing or using medical marijuana while visiting Arizona.

I would feel SOOO bad if I found out that one of you flew from another State to purchase marijuana on October 20th, only to find out that you can't enter the dispensary!!!

If you like reading the law for yourself, check A.R.S. 36-2804.03.(C) which clearly states;

http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/36/02804-03.htm&Title=36&DocType=ARS

C. A registry identification card, or its equivalent, that is issued under the laws of another state, district, territory, commonwealth or insular possession of the United States that allows a visiting qualifying patient to possess or use marijuana for medical purposes in the jurisdiction of issuance has the same force and effect when held by a visiting qualifying patient as a registry identification card issued by the department, except that a visiting qualifying patient is not authorized to obtain marijuana from a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary.

So, to be 100% clear;

OUT OF STATE PATIENTS CAN NOT LEGALLY PURCHASE MEDICAL MARIJUANA FROM AN ARIZONA DISPENSARY, EVEN IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD FROM ANOTHER STATE!!!!

(If you have ANY question about whether I'm telling you the truth, call up Herbal Wellness Center and ask them yourself)

Thank you as always for reading my words!

Contact the exchange and see with them.

They won't give you the key but they surely will get it back.

Will they give it to you ? I don't know.

7,779.0 CANN I would try.

If you still have the account open with the exchange you were trying to seed the CANN to you can ask if they can dump the private key for you.  I don't know if its possible.  but you can open a support ticket and explain the situation to them, hopefully they could help.

I AM however an Arizona medical marijuana patient/grower who has worked in the medical marijuana industry in California since 2005, and Arizona since 2009.

So you're a competitor to HWC.

Got it.  Noted. Exactly as suspected.

No, I'm not a competitor of HWC. But ironically, IF I were a competing dispensary, it would demonstrate my point remarkably that Arizona dispensaries simply can not and will not work together for the best interest of patients.. They put profits FIRST.

In Arizona, patients are allowed to grow 12 plants for personal use if authorized to cultivate. So when I say that I'm a patient/grower, I mean to say that I'm a sick guy who knows how to grow marijuana. I'm not saying that I cultivate for any dispensary nor am I saying that I work with any dispensary in any way. I'm 100% for the patients' best interest. I'm a free bird, yeah yeah.

Please remember, I'm not saying that the Cannabis Coin is doomed. I'm just saying that it can't happen in Arizona and it needs universal acceptance to gain legitimacy.

Thanks for reading!

Just read your post, so thought I'd do a bit of investigating.

So I just called the Herbal Wellness Center and spoke to a nice chap named Long, he is the Operations Manager and confirmed that D9 has no corporate affiliation with their company whatsoever - The Herbal Wellness Center are just supporting and giving back to the community by acting as a platform to test out the CANN business model.

D9 does not own this dispensary he is just a licensed cultivator/supplier.

Secondly, I think it unfair that anyone is to be labelled "FUDSTER" or alike : )   Your questions/concerns are warranted, because like most of us, we had the same questions a week-month ago too.

I think this project has enormous potential and if it were mine, i would have gone about it the same way D9 and team are doing. i.e:

-Reaching out the reputable Dispensaries

-Testing out implementation / POS system / Promotion via a generous exchange ratio (In time, I feel this can be amended, by community consensus)

RockHound,

Thanks for standing with me and my right to ask questions!

I suspected that DeltaNine was not the actual Owner, rather an employee of the Herbal Wellness Center. Your comments confirm that suspicion.

In Arizona, a person can only become a licensed cultivator for a dispensary or supply marijuana to a dispensary if they apply for and receive a Medical Marijuana Dispensary Agent card from the Arizona Department of Health Services.

In order to obtain a Dispensary Agent card, you must be designated as an active employee of a Licensed Medical Marijuana Dispensary when you apply with AZDHS.

Meaning, DeltaNine might not be the owner of Herbal Wellness Center, but he IS being employed by them or in the alternative, some other Arizona Medical Marijuana dispensary. Though, all signs seem to indicate that it is indeed HWC that he works for..

In other words; It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to become a licensed cultivator for a dispensary in Arizona unless a dispensary employs you and allows you to possess the license.

Thanks for reading, even if you disagree with me. I respect your opinion.

Hey sure thing brother : )

Don't know where/how I'm confirming your suspicions that he's an employee of HWC??

He not an employee - Mr Long the Operations Manager told me a representative from the CANN team initially approached them and asked whether they would be interested in helping out? - it's purely community-based and I got a sense of altruism when chatting earlier - he's a good guy.

With respect to State/Governmental compliance  - I'm pretty sure D9's invested interest is all above board, but you could simply contact the CANN team directly for further clarification:

support@cannabiscoin.net

They have been completely transparent and supportive in, let's face it, a Speculative market to the community thus far, I'm sure they would be able to assist with any queries you have mate. I think it's more like a contractor-type arrangement, where D9 and team are a 3rd party supplier.

I'm an exploration geologist and have contracted many other specialists to conduct various field exploration activities like Drilling, Geophysical Surveys and Earthworks. Although they have complete works for us they are not employees of ours and legally work for their respective companies.

I'm not 100% certain about how CANN team and HWC have structured their relationship, I didn't ask Long, but like I said before definitely worth shooting an email over to CANN support team to inquire. Let us know what you find out : )

There are many dispensaries in Arizona and I'm sure their respective Suppliers are not under their employment, surely not? I'm just a lowly geologist not a solicitor or lawyer so don't know the legal in's and out's, thus not qualified to interpret.

I'm hoping sure D9's CANN project is fully legal

The whole point of the coin is to bring medicine and crypto-currency to the people, to whom they ultimately really belong, and not the pharmaceutical companies and banks only interested in profits.

You say you've worked in the industry for nine years.

Do you sell marijuana to other patients?

If the answer is yes (and for your claim to be the 'industry' to be true, it pretty much has to be), then you're a competitor.

You're threatened by change. Understandable.  But you'd be better served to learn and adapt instead of fighting it out of fear.

@az420 - good try manipulating the text :    3) The United States government recently changed certain regulations to categorize Bitcoins and other forms of digital currency as a form of legally recognized currency in the United States that IS subject to US forfeiture and money laundering laws.

The proper one must be :

In some environments, virtual currency operates like “real” currency -- i.e., the coin and paper money of the United States or of any other country that is designated as legal tender, circulates, and is customarily used and accepted as a medium of exchange in the country of issuance -- but it does not have legal tender status in any jurisdiction.

The notice provides that virtual currency is treated as property for U.S. federal tax purposes.  General tax principles that apply to property transactions apply to transactions using virtual currency

     Grin

    source : http://www.irs.gov/uac/Newsroom/IRS-Virtual-Currency-Guidance

    Thanks for the comment!

The Department of Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) added "other value that substitutes for currency" to its definition of money services businesses.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office reviewed virtual currencies upon the request of the Senate Finance Committee and in May 2013 recommended that the IRS formulate tax guidance for bitcoin businesses. On 25 March 2014, in time for 2013 tax filing, the IRS issued a guidance that virtual currency is treated as property for U.S. federal tax purposes and that "an individual who 'mines' virtual currency as a trade or business [is] subject to self-employment tax".

I think you might be right, but my argument is simply that the US Government and the State of Arizona will consider Cannabis Coin to be currency, and as such, it will be subject to taxation. Again, remember that there are reporting requirements for dispensaries in Arizona.

A dispensary accepting "property" instead of USD in exchange for medical marijuana won't sit well with the money hungry State of Arizona.

An Arizona dispensary could never accept Cannabis Coin without paying the State of Arizona their tax money on any income that they receive. To suggest that HWC could accept CANN and not pay taxes is ridiculous. Even paying LESS taxes than would be paid from a USD sale will result in the State/IRS going after the dispensary for money laundering and tax evasion. When I say paying taxes, I mean USD. The state doesn't want your Cannabis Coins.

If your arguing that the State of Arizona or the IRS is going to allow a NON-PROFIT medical marijuana dispensary to launder virtual currency income rather than pay tax on its USD equivalent, you might be a little nutty.

The State of Arizona wants its money. The IRS also wants its money.

The state of Arizona isn't going to stand by and let a dispensary evade taxes by way of a clever payment arrangement. Arizona is run by crooks. Our state is required by law to maintain 99% prison occupancy. Arizona throws you in jail if your Mexican or suntanned. This is THAT state.

    Thanks for reading!

I think this coin is the best way for MMJ shops to operate. shit even illegal drug dealers will start to accept cannabiscoin for weed... its so much better than dollars. i actually think this Coin will revolutionize the whole weed industry in america, maybe even the world in the near future. Can't wait until Holland jumps on board this then I can drive up there n get some free weed Grin

I just wish i would've known about this coin earlier and had a better mining rig to support the hashing.

      YES WE CANN!

the dutch already here , hello
