In 1996, with a change in law, Cali legalized medical cannabis create a new  legal side of the cannabis. I started growing in 2008, as a patch grower, the quality was not what I was looking for so I moved the operation inside 2 years later. I have tried soil, hydroponics “drip tech” and aeroponics. I am a master at growing aero and have been doing it since 2010. I only grow High THC large yielding strains. I generally start with a batch of 20 seeds and pick the best phenoms then clone them. I am also going to be starting a strain its going to be called “Shatoshi Gold”

The product and details.

BitcoinBudZ is an   investment that focuses on legal cannabis and concentrates. We grow and produce cannabis in the medical sector our product usually range from A to AAA depending on the strain and phenom. We only buy seeds from seed banks insuring the top quality of medicine.

Our revenue will be based off the products we produce, our product sells from 2200 to 3500 a pound. The factors in price depend on season, supply and demand We also will be offering concentrates and edibles made from the trim. Our grows will be quality tested at labs to insure the medicine is of top quality.
The margins on this are usually 70%+.

The investment

We understand that our product is legal in California, and will be up for legalization vote this year. This puts us in a unique position to be one of the first to supply the product when it becomes legal. If you doubt it will become legal you need to read the polls. When it becomes legal we will apply to become a state regulated supplier in the chain. With product already in hand we will have a advantage.  After we develop our strain we will also be entering it into cups for competition giving us a “known” brand.



SHAREHOLDERS AND THE BUSINESS.

Our company is to be held in confidence due to federal stance being shaky.  We will provide weekly updates to include, and not limited to. Plant count, harvest dates, pictures and lab results.

Dividend payments from revenue generated will be paid on a harvest basis from Dollars converted into BTC. Operating cost will be come out of  dividends. Risks Factors

In the event of legal issues, we will liquidate. If for some reason I can not liquidate the assets myself I will instruct a close friend on what to do. To limit the risk of the start of the ipo we will find a trusted forum member to hold all funds in escrow. The funds will only be released for purchases and expenses.

Story behind IPO-

I usually do not grow in the summer months, I take that time off to vacation and spend time with family. This year is a little different I sold all of my growing gear to pay off a medical bill "No medical insurance" one of the great things about being self employed  . Well it seems the first bill was not the last and they are piling up. I have, and will be slowly buying gear but would like to get this going. Quicker I can get my next room started the faster I can pay these bills. I am looking to expand from my normal 20 plant grow to my Max of 100 plants. This will take some funding and thats why I am here.

You'll not only be working with your hands, but also working with other people's money. Normally a modicum of proofreading goes into a solicitation like this - it shows not so much that you have great writing skills, but that you're thorough and have thought this whole thing out. I am a little under a gram right with my previous set up which did not have a timed or controled CO2 system I was just using 4 of these

I have had the best results with SCROG it builds right into the aero system I build.

What medium?
Hydratron

Both are 14x14 rooms the Veg is split in half, half for veg half for clones and moms.

Will you sterilize rooms to reduce risk of buggage?
I actually set up a tent, like a camping tent put all my equipment in it and bomb it. I did half of it last night and plan to finish the rest today.

What wattage and type of lighting?
I currently have a 600w 2X400 watt 30 CFL's.
Need to get my by my 1000 watt lights still, I use only badassbulbs, I have a lux meter and have tested a couple of different bulbs the BAB's put off the best lux per $. I change bulbs every 2 grows.

What safety equipment will be onsite to deal with known risks?
I have fire blankets, fire extinguishers and a first aid kit. The fire extinguisher is rated for electrical fires. All wiring was done by a certified tech, and has been upgraded cost a pretty penny I must say.

Does your insurance on the house cover fire under these circumstances?
I never honestly asked them, but I was given the property so I own it free and clear and could burn it to the ground if I wanted to.

Confirm you are borrowing neighbors electric?
I can neither Confirm or Deny this, JOKING. Nah I pay my bills no need to steal.

What extraction?
BHO, Bubblehash and edibles, I make some bomb ass rice krispy treats.

What odour control?
Carbon scrubbers inline with can fans.

What strains?
I have grown a bunch, still deciding what to grow this time around.

Do you have any experience growing 100+ plants?
We have a farmers union is the best way to describe it, we have about 12 guys that help each other out from time to time. 3 of the guys do outdoor gardens and have well over 100 plants. 1 of the other guys has a ware house with 175 plants all on aero. So yes I have grown 100+ plants but my permit is only for 100 so I will be growing under that amount.

I have Dysgraphia and stage I hodgkins disease. It can take me a hour just to write a post sometimes, It is very frustrating staring at a sentence trying to figure out if it will make sense to everyone else or just me. Sometimes people do the best they can with what they got, my handwriting is horrible, this made getting a normal job very hard for me. If the job required any type of written work, forget it. The sad part is I helped a friend in doing sales, I got him the sales leader of the year award. Then the company he was contracted through found out and wanted to employ me, I had to take a skills test and failed it.

The hodgkins has nothing to do with grammar, but its why I have medical license. I got it from contaminated ground water on a U.S. Military Base when I was a child. The hodgkins is treatable and that's the medical bills I am having to pay.

I don't think you will have enough space in the room to get max yield per plant, if you drop down to around 70 plants it'd be better. Each plant with 1.5sqft in 14x14 room, also space to move between the rows for scrog training/clipping etc

Lighting will you mix mh and hps, I discount fluoros except maybe keeping mothers alive. Not good for growing cost vs lumen output vs canopy penetration.

Am still trying to work why you need to raise so much money to get this ip and running. You mentioned you spent 2ish k already. Another 3-4k should get you there. Most of aero things have seen are diy, it's not rocket science!

Can you do a breakdown on what you need the money for, the material costs etc. medical bills are not project related sorry man.

I have had some request about output

 A conservative answer would be .75 Grams per watt. That would put it at 7 Pounds, this would be the worst case ex. we had problems with CO2 or something. The max would be 1.2 grams per light that is everything goes 100%. That would put it at almost 11 pounds.

I grow A-AAA+ strains and can fetch between 3000- 3800 depending on the strain, and time of year. The outdoor season end in OCT floods the market and prices drop to 2.5k this usually endss in mid nov and the price climbs back up and peaks in Early January to late feb. This last Jan I was getting 4k a pound for Sage and Sour.

So min of 21k Max of 33k if they sell at 3k a piece.
The profit margins are pretty sweet on it the overhead is usually around 20-35%.
With 35% over head the first div would be 13650-21400.
First dividend will take 3 months +/- 2 weeks. I do not do set times I go by trich color.
It would come out to betwen 4550-7130 per month in dividends or
.70 - 1.09 cents per share per month.

I used to do complete grows and harvest, growing from seed everytime. Thats what the first harvest I will have this time will be. But I am going to clone them so I reality 100 plants would be a total. After the first harvest it would be
30 in clone, 30 in veg, 30, in flower. So the space issue will only be to start.

I use floros for clones save on electric and heat. I do mix mh and hps to get complete spectrum. If you know about growing you know one spectrum makes them grow tall and the other makes them grow wide.

It all depends some just want you to get a lab test on them, its hard to get certified to grow organic. But you can grow organic in aero fyi, and that could be a future option.

Takes a good trimmer 10 hours or so a pound they work 8 hour days.

And thats about 12000 In expenses alone. Some stuff I can cheap out other stuff you really can not.

I pay my own medical bills, but thats why I sold my last set up to pay for a round of treatment.


Edit forgot to add bulbs to recurring expenses, I change bulbs ever 2 cycles so
8/2= 400 per cycle towards bulbs.

I also am going to use HERB IQ grow software from now on, I will do reports and put them up here for investors, pretty cool to see a grow op in a statistical. form.
