Can someone give me some more info on the transactions fees charged when sending (or give me some URLs to read which are reliable).

I notice that when I send small amounts there is a 0.0001 transaction fee, which is fine and I understand the why.
I also notice that if I transfer 10000 MAIA it charges 0.0007 as a "not a standard transaction", which I don't have a problem with it of course.

My questions are

1) Is there a published list of fees charged by the amount transferred?
2) Are the fees coin-specific (ie different coins will charge different fees)?
