Yeah, let's say it's 6 ads per day for 0.000002 BTC each (usually less than that), then you'll need 0.0003/(6*0.000002) = 25 days to get your payout.

It seems that the payout dropped even in dollars. I login into the site every day to see what's going on there but no more click any ads. Makes no sense for me right now...

I was a regular clicker for months but I retrieve my savings; too few ads now, price too low. As you say, It takes a month to have a payout if you have a basic account.

I'm gone, I'll try again in a few weeks.

If CoinAd exists yet.

You're not helping with these comments.

This is business, nothing personal...

I also read somewhere around here you were suspending accounts if someone had made more than one. It may look valid and lawful, but actually it alienates people (even if they break rules and end up misusing the service). The right thing to do would be to bind an account with an ip-address, so that it would make using multiple accounts pointless, and ban ip-addresses instead of users (accounts) if they tried to use proxies or whatever (that's what other sites which are prohibited to name here do)...

With bitcoin prices this high, please understand it is a difficult time for all faucets. In these times, many faucets would just disappear with our delayed payouts. At least CoinAd is still here, isn't it?

Actually, if more users leave, those who stick around get more, and it restores balance once again  Grin

I do agree that there are next to no ads to click now, but no one seems to complain when CoinAd was one of the top/better faucets in the community only a couple of months ago. It may seem to take forever to cash out at the moment, but this is how it is. High bitcoin prices drive advertisement funds down (in BTC) and drive user numbers up.

I will urge people to bear with Carlos for the moment and see out it pans out in a few weeks. I think he might have a plan or something??

There are static and dynamic IP addresses, must home users have dynamic IP addresses, every time they reset the modem they get a new IP.
And it's not only the last two numbers that change, often the IP is completely different from the other.

There's Tor, VPN, proxies, all kind of things to hide your real IP address, it's a endless fight.

I understand your pains, but if it comes to that, wouldn't it be worth your time (first of all) to confirm registration by an sms code (like big sites out there now do) instead of an e-mail confirmation? You would thus rid yourself of many problems, though it might initially cost you some money (I don't really know what it actually costs). Personally, I would have no problem with such registration. It would give you and your service more "weight", especially now when you have already earned some trust...

Obviously, the only thing to do here is to ban them all every-time multiple accounts are created and they will eventually give up.

This isn't a fairy tail project where everyone loves everyone and distributes wealth. Must of the uses are here to make money, not to give, they don't give a crap if they're the only ones getting all the good ads.
I need to have a strong hand and make an example out of them. I've tried to be nice, I really tried, but it just not possible.

This stance is ruinous for your business. Ultimately, it will fire back one day, if it hasn't already... Yes, it may be hard to keep balance here, but is this not what successful services do on a daily basis?

I've considered that option a while back, but it's way too expensive, 1,440€ for 50,000 SMS... And that's a bulk package.
Maybe if I can find a cheaper service.

So you would have ended up paying probably less than one bitcoin (in current prices) for all accounts, considering that significant part of the accounts aren't valid (otherwise it wouldn't make much sense fighting with them). If you really have above 60 thousand accounts, you should have payed out much more and probably to multiple accounts with just one user behind them...

Hi

How long does it take to review advertising requests ?
Mine has been pending for about 3 days now.

Is there a minimum amount/no of clicks required, because I wanted to start with a small one to see how it works.

Regards

I have just purchased an advertisement (1500 clicks)

The payment is already confirmed but I'm not getting any click yet.

Also, I would like to know where can I see the pending clicks for the ad, as I can see for example with btcclicks.

Hi Carlos.

Is there a problem with the commissions? My mates have been hitting up some ads but I haven't had any credits for it. Username teateatea.

  • Changed entire site to mBTC
  • Fixed referrals commissions problem
  • Advertise price is now based on current BTC price
  • Added a new feature to advertisers (bulk discount)

I don't understand new prices. It seems that they have fallen even lower (in dollar terms)...
