I've been watching this coin since launch, and I really like what you're doing. After yesterdays generous block rewards and bittrex wallet being down there was an inevitable dump that any trader could have predicted. Once this period passes it will pick up again. This coin does not need 'pump hype', it will move on it's own. Please keep this one classy and keep with your long term strategy, short term ideas only to please day traders will turn it PnD. we want it to grow slowly and naturally. Keep up the great work dev, this is one of the best coins to have come out in a while  Peace and respect. |

@savale, can we change the POW into POS to protect the network? 7G hashes are not enough to prevent 51% atttacks.
Correct me if I am wrong, I am a newbie to crypto world.
it has (almost) nothing to do with the hashrate. It will be safe for now. Thanks for your quick reply , do you mean attackers can not change the happened transactions no matter how many hashes they have ? |

With 55Mh I am recieving now less than 100coins for a day. If the price rise x5. Profit still will be verry low. That coin is really good but I really cant see a reason to mine. Taxes added to the blockreward are too low.

block 0: premine block: 50000 FRSH (0,2% for further development, 0,3% for bounties)
block 1-30: zero FRSH (to ensure a fair launch and setup time for pools)
block 31-1440: 1000 FRSH (1 day) (boost the first day of POW)
block 1441 – 4320: 500 FRSH (2 days)
block 4321 – 8640: 250 FRSH (3 days)
block 8641 – 10080: 1000 FRSH + FEES (1 day) (boost day 7 of POW)
block 10081 – 442080: 10 FRSH + FEES (300 days) > expected total reward 50 to 500 FRSH
from block 442080: zero FRSH + FEES > expected total reward 50 to 500 FRSH

buying is profitable. mining is too harder. main calculation was another. check OP. estimate block reward 50-500. yes 1 block 100+, but after that 20-30blocks with 10-15 coins. 10x up at price also will be not enough. current price is around $0.02. with my estimate 100coins (not sure they will be 100, maybe less - with 55MH), after the 10x up as you said, I will get $20 for every day I mined FRESH. SO ? where is the right logic ? and this is if it goes 10x up! something is not working fine as the main calculations by our dev. for sure all we writing here have mined coins from first 7 days, but who will mine FRESH now ? with no miners and next big release project after 2 months from now.. you know what will happen. I would like a dev ''quote'' here, if he/she can! |

You underestimate the power of the dark side. Just look at the insane manipulation on bittrex. Every legit buy order has been moved off the order list. Someone wants cheap coins. anyway, read my post one more time to understand what I mean. |

An explanation of fee based mining
So... the rewards are now predominently Fees rather than new coins.
This means that pretty much all of the coins available ever - will be available NOW.
So, how many coins are currently in circulation?
Because that's it. You're not going to get serious POS interest inflation - the coins are circulated via the transaction fees which though higher than other altcoins, are modest - and realistic to secure the coin's network infrastructure.
The coin's value could be huge considering the short supply of the coin, and its application to the wider world.
I for one am interesting to see how this turns out.

Hi yoshiwatusi welcome to FRESH  didn't have too much time today, but I did some work for a few wallet fixes. I will compile a new version tomorrow. Hopefully the gitian mac wallet build is fully working by then. I expect the price of FRESH too rise soon, since most miners are done with dumping their FRESH. From there we will get some miners back to FRESH. |
