Nice! How far along is wolf0 with the new algorithm?
I understand it well enough to have made my own CPU implementation, will soon be making a GPU one and finalizing parameters. When he says "well enough", he actually means he fully understands it lol

Can the public know how many devs this coin has? It seems someone enters this coin every now and then. I would like to read more about the weaver, where can I find some more info? Why don't you have an internet site for god's sake

Sorry I cannot find any information how Darksilk will be executed. Could you point to any white paper or homage where I find condensed information instead of this giant progress-thread.
Will you burn Silk to get Darksilk or is Darksilk a new start with initial mining with no connection to old Silkcoin?
Best regards Oneoff

Maybe I should code a Tipping bot, instead of these well-known DDos bots. I would tip your Wallets until these were overloaded.

The whitepaper is due to be edited to be brought in-line with the code that is also about to be changed a bit too. https://t.co/iUddqRZ5N8Fundamentally the whitepaper is correct but some figures need changing and the PoW period is not for a set period, it is indefinate for DarkSilk. Silk replaces Silkcoin, 1:1 swap, indefinite time period as not everyone will be aware and Silkcoin has a HUGE amount of users dotted all over. DarkSilk, completely new coin, one to take out the competition. The code will talk for itself. Argon2d algo, GPU only (no CPU to stop botnets). Weaver platform. Basically imagine everything you need, in one place, everything. If it isn't there it is either being developed and being added or hasn't been thought of. Long term I see the Weaver platform growing. I realise it is a big platform full of various systems already, but in my eyes, at launch, this is nothing, compared to what is coming.

Cryptopia just did a offer to list any coin that is listed on cryptsy for 500 000 dot. A dot is 15 satoshi. At the moment its 0.075 BTC and dot price will go up.
If someone in the community wishes to arrange this, that would be cool. However Cryptopia has a very very small trade volume and I believe that Bittrex and Poloniex are the real ones to start with and then moving to other equally as large exchanges.

I also assume their marketplace is centralised.

I have updated the whitepaper. I just need to elaborate on the Argon2d algorithm/mining a bit more in the PoW section for DarkSilk. Have a good read, don't just look at the pictures https://goo.gl/FgVSruAlso these are the final specs of DarkSilk, this is after a lot of mathematics, discussions, observations, listening and thought: Coin Suffix: DRKSLK PoW Algorithm: Argon2d PoW Period: Unlimited PoW Target Spacing: 60 Seconds PoW Difficulty Retarget: 10 Blocks PoW Reward per Block: 1 DRKSLK Full Confirmation: 10 Blocks PoS Algorithm: Blake2B PoS Target Spacing: 64 Seconds PoS Difficulty Retarget: 10 Blocks PoS Reward: 0.25 DRKSLK Static PoS Reward PoS Stake Split Combined Threshold: 500 DRKSLK Maturity: 100 Blocks (~100 minutes) Minimum Confirmations for Stake: 1440 Blocks (~1 day) PoS Min: 1 Hour PoS Max: Unlimited Stormnode Collateral Amount: 10000 DRKSLK Stormnode Min Confirmation: 10 Blocks Stormnode Reward: 0.25 DRKSLK Static Reward Budget Reward: 10,000 DRKSLK Static Reward Every 41,091 blocks (~30 days) Budget Proposal Fee: 100 DRKSLK, 20 confirmations (~20 minutes) Total Coins: 90,000,000 DRKSLK (~75.5 years) Block Size: 20MB (20X Bitcoin Core) https://github.com/SCDeveloper/DarkSilk-Release-Candidate/blob/master/README.md
