Some suggestions for DarkSilk (I reviewed https://github.com/SCDeveloper/DarkSilk-Release-Candidate):
....
I am Wink

I am bringing the codebase up to 12.1

Currently I am between 11.2 and 12.1 of Dash.

There are still a lot of differences such as CCoins too Cheesy

DarkSilk will launch with these changes you mention in place Wink
Did I review the wrong code or do you have another repo?

I'm glad you included theses and other fixes.  I only named a few.  I know you have been working really hard on DarkSilk.

Are you including Sling's market in the first version or did you remove it?

i was wondering the same. have i wrong git?
that may be i had.
if so the core is ok? but not out yet?

How many times.....

DarkSilk is not released.

ok. but dont ignore these olds bugs. cryptovote already gave you some small part of those. he knows what we are talking about.
problem is not the mastenode code, but the main code..
all because of some guy messed up sourcecode out there really bad time with the earlier masternode shit coins.
who was it? icm? name if you can.

I know about the mess of Crave. It doesn't work, simple.

I have been working on DarkSilk since April and CryptoVote was using MY commits and is now helping with DarkSilk which is nice of him.

If anyone is aware of the mess of Crave and other similar codebases, it's me Tongue

Check this repo - https://github.com/SCDeveloper/Crave-Darksilk-Comparison (I made this 16 days ago and have done thousands of line changes since but this will give you an idea of the amount of work done)

There is not just the difference between CTransaction and CMutable, there are all the node elements, block scanning, Stealth address and messaging issues. Darksend simply doesn't work in Crave and basically the Dash code in Crave is just for show.

A simple example and proof of this is the fact that the mixer is disabled in the Crave source to not display on the overview page, ask yourself why.

I am of course referencing the original Crave release not any work done thereafter.

looks way better.. (git i looked earlier was last commit 3 months ago)
even the support for /* miniupnpc 1.9.20150730 */ added

"ibm" guys are waiting your work for crave?

"Darksend simply doesn't work in Crave and basically the Dash code in Crave is just for show.

-yep, i found that months ago when fighting with similar code.

this BIG work you have done would help much with my hobby coin, but for personal reasons i am unable to continue..

It wouldn't surprise me if the "IBM" devs are using/waiting on my/our work.

Stealth Transactions have been fixed!!!

Now I need to test InstantX and just get the core CTransaction/CMutableTransaction brought in-line with Dash.

Then it is pre-launch/further testing time Cheesy

Yes Stormnode Enforcement is active. It is in spork.h and under Spork 1 - 1st November it started. However upon launch this will not start for a month or two to give people time to setup Stormnodes.

Someone tell me how to sync the wallet SILK to the end. I have now 90.45%, says that is syncing, but this state is already 10 hours. I put in the folder of the file silkcoin silkcoin.conf, included a peer-peer address... don't know how it exactly is called, can in them - not so wrote? Can someone upload this file? Version wallet 1.1.1.1 Win32, installed Win7 64 bit. Whereas previously everything is fine. The last three months are not synchronized, and that's included in any way.
silkcoin.conf consist:
"addnode=23.227.190.182:59938
addnode=95.90.218.108:46268
addnode=194.135.94.86:16666
addnode=104.255.33.186:16666
addnode=45.63.7.225:58947
addnode=188.165.42.51:16666
addnode=188.165.42.51
addnode=82.73.160.43:16666
addnode=151.224.68.90
addnode=71.115.160.71
addnode=108.20.142.214
addnode=37.59.24.199
addnode=75.130.163.51:55988
addnode=71.58.178.14:16666
addnode=204.11.237.233:55202
addnode=212.5.143.239
addnode=50.162.235.186
addnode=217.44.137.65:16666
addnode=5.147.248.22:52892
addnode=163.47.20.62:52712
addnode=91.40.105.11:59237
addnode=78.132.246.45:63972
addnode=73.238.205.108:2042"
Is that right??? Maybe someone can put the full block chain??
Now restart the wallet and it shows already 90.42%, connections to the network 9 or 10?? Why no sync?

I thought DarkSilk this is a continuation of Silkcoin, isn't it?

NO DarkSilk is a different coin entirely.

Sorry for my late reply I was up until 11am looking at this thread and the Fantom thread. People sadly in the Fantom thread see my warnings as just publicity for DarkSilk which hasn't even been released and doesn't have it's own ANN thread. So I am a bit bemused what and how I am advertising. Ah well, I issued my warning that Fantom is using the DarkSilk code which is unfinished and if their community has any sense they wont use it. You can only try to help, right lol Cheesy
