New wallet. "Not staking because you don't have mature coins". How long will it take until it starts to stake?

Anyone able to assist for the new wallet not connecting?
Running Windows Server 2012 R2. The wallet is open and just says Connecting to NavCoin for a few hours now. Also added additional server IP's from the server list. My other coin wallets are connecting/working but this one.

The files of the new blockchain look different. Is there any link to download blockchain V4.0?

So far Ive disabled my A/V, Firewall (Also Tried running with exceptions made in both, Tried UpnP On/Off and tested ports 4440 and 4444 from the server and both appear open. But when I load the program itself it doesn't connect. Nothing in Error Log to determine any issues as well. As a test I installed the wallet on my Windows 10 Local desktop and it loads right up and starts syncing. Not sure what else to try. |

Windows server higher than 2008 is such a pain in the ass what strange problems there appear... Unbelievable Edit: with firewall you mean the windows firewall or do you also have a hardware firewall blocking outgoing traffic? |

I'm talking about Windows Firewall, I also did an Internet Port Test for 4440 and 4444 and both can get out and talk to the net.  |
