Ok, Just spoke to the dev of the website who hosted the old block explorer and the new one should be back up tomorrow. We also have someone working on a new explorer and rich list but those are not completed yet.

I am also trying to get a faucet and dice game set up as well.

It was figured into the bounty that C-Cex had requested for doing the exchange.

Once the block explorer, facet and dice game are up and running tomorrow I will make a  Google doc or spreadsheet detailing the amount of the remaining premine coins and where they are located.

We are also working on getting another block explorer  (along with a rich list) for redundancy.

It was very inexpensive to get the facet and dice game so I went ahead and got them..

I am not sure how much they will really help out, but we shall see.

I would love to play blackjack for some ABC2 though.

They were auto changed when I logged in the withdraw was very quick too

Nope, you now have ABC2 instead of ABC in your C-Cex account and don't need to do anything further.

(Although, the new wallet still says ABC)
