You need to wait, it depends on the luck, the amount of coins and how old they are.

I had the same problem.  I thought that I should put in my own rpcuser and rpcpassword, but apparently that's not the case.  When I changed them back to

rpcuser=captcoin
rpcpassword=captcoin

it synced fine.
