Thank you for considering Europe in this coin. 1am on a Monday morning, not going to lose my job staying up to mine something that is premined and doesn't think that other people other than US players want to take part.

lol, hmm okej 21:00 cet is the perfect european time for this, crashes with worldcup finals but its not hardwork to mine you just turn miner on, then enjoy Germany - Argentina

Actually not even close.  The premine is 1.5% of the PoW phase.

How you work out 21:00 CET? if 00:00 GMT then 01:00 BST or 02:00 for most of Europe, someone can't even tell time

Well 21:00CET is not big problem, my miner (small, but it counts) is ready. Would like to see how it will be making the first few hours of mining in the competition with others. Started mining 2 weeks ago, so I am new in these waters.
