workout is necessary to stay healthy and fit....it's better to have trainer or coach in-case you are unable to make it on your own....besides exercise and all that diet is very important.... your diet needs to be balanced...here are some important tips to stay fit

1 Eliminate your sleep debt (sleeping hours should be 4 to 5)
2 Drink more milk (make your body to consume more calcium)
3 Eat more fruit and veg (u better prefer fruits and veg instead of meat)
4 Try new activities(indulge yourself in extracurricular activities)
5 Have a hearty breakfast (don't start your day with half empty stomach)
6 Let Your body sweat ( Do any kinda physical effort if not exercising)

Personally, My college is around 3 KM's away from my house, Sometimes I go the whole way running when I've time, If I don't, I take the subway which takes me to 1 KM away from it (still counted as sport)

I do random number of push up's @ random times, For example, I stood up to drink water and noticed my water bottle is empty, While filling the water bottle, I do like 5 push ups, I'm solving some equations and can't figure out the answer, I would do random number of push ups while thinking of an answer.

I drink milk at least once daily and I avoid all kinds of unhealthy food.

I try not to eat junk food and often prepare the meals myself. I also drink a lot of water, avoid soda and caffe and work out at home at least once a week.

Understand this; milk is not good for you, unless you're a calf.

Milk has lots of calcium. Why isn't it good?

My basic tips would be, for one, to stay motivated. I keep my goals in mind and am always reminding myself what I'm working towards.

Yeah, what's up with the personal coach thing? It seems to be a status symbol these days. I couldn't care less.
