Can anybody give me some feedback why this coin is going down. I only see good signs, good plans. So im a bit puzzled

Nothing's special, nearly every alts are dumping because of this incredible Bitcoin rally. IOC's just not an exception. Also, DIONS is out, and as you may know, coins generally dump on news.
This has nothing to do with fundamentals, it's just technical. Now that we are at these prices, some holders may even panic dump it lower, to 10k or 4-5k. Or maybe not and this is the bottom for now. The bounce will be fantastic thought.

Congratulations I/OCoin Team.

Amazing achievement from a small team, who works day and night and always delivers! Not to mention all work is funded from their and mostly Joels own pockets in all these years.   One thing is for sure ladies and gentlemen, there is no harder, more loyal and honest Dev in Crypto than Joel.

Mark me: Anyone who has invested in $IOC has invested in a solid project and one that will outlive many,

I was involved with I/OCoin from the "conception" days.  Joel previously had done some support work for Blackcoin and Vericoin . But like all leaders and people with a vision, they will never be happy working hard for someone else.  This is why and how I/OCoin was born.

Joel has a great vision in this Crypto Space, he always had, so he took the big leap and $IOC was born.   Roll forward to today and great steps have taken place to help I/OCoin going forward into the future, a strong blockchain has been built, with blood sweat and tears.  A strong foundation has formed and the future for $IOC will be a very bright one, people like Joel are few and far between and the loyal people who have stayed with him on this project.

I appeal to all, to have no worries, to give all your positive energy and support behind a great man and a great team.

ioc wallet buggy & cannot sync and use stacking  also high cpu /ram usage

I found the way to run the wallet finally running stable and staking nice :-)

This is what I have done:

1. Save your current wallet!
2. Uninstall the current IOC / DIONS wallet. Maybe you have to cleanup some folders, especial the one where your wallet is. Delete everything in those folders.
3. Download the new wallet. https://github.com/IOCoin/DIONS/releases/tag/dions-html5wallet-Windows-10-1102-setup
4. Install it and start it and let it running for around 5minutes. Create a new wallet and don't point directly to your old. (you will replace that later one with your original own wallet).
4. Download the actual newst blockchain: Currently: https://github.com/IOCoin/DIONS/releases/download/DIONS-BLK-1629521/DIONS.Blockchain.Files.1629521-IODT-f2a897893b69b8dab8a6aff2993ee3f72a27545fcd37f0c5cea9364d9829f535.zip
5. replace all file with the downloaded blockchain. Checkout the readme!
6. Start the Wallet again and let it totally sync.
7. After you have a fully synced wallet, copy your original wallet file and override it with the once that you have newly created before.

Have fun :-)

It's running for me stable no since 3 days with staking, I make around 15 IOC a day right now :-) Thanks a lot for your great product. Still some improvments can be done but I guess for the moment you have enought todo with the current situation so I'll post them later on

Really, Someone has to wonder whether there is price manipulation going on with IOC!!
because you can take a look at any of the competitor coins , not one is dumping so fu***in hard like IOC given major HUGE progress updates! analyzing the market, you can only conclude that this is an incredible paradoxical price development for IOC.

Who the hell sells even for 0.0001 btc??? so absurd, cant find any words to describe this. this is the lowest point ever and was almost 2years ago,  as if literally NO progress in the technology was made until now!

IOC is one of the sickest coin out there, so high quality standards but dumps the fu*k out of its believers!

Two facts are also highly disturbing and eventually contributing:
1) Every shitty coin is listed on hundreds exchanges, and IOC only at one! also another incomprehensible fact.
2) so many years in quite development, no marketing efforts, really high focus on getting things done: and after all this time->really lets face it: such a buggy bug-flooded hardfork transition to the new DIONS wallet...incredible. really, as a true fan of yours, i must criticize you hard on this flawed roll-out process with defects, bittrex wallet inactivations, syncing issues etc...  hope you maket it run smoothly ASAP!!

if someone shares the same opinion , or any explanations ideas why this is happening with iOC , come on lets hear your thoughts!!

just be patient with your investment. You are in crypto land everything can change really really quickly :-) I made a bunch of trades where I was at the same loses as you during this incredibale btc really but some of them recovered in days and now I made from a -80% loss a 40% profit in a couple of days. So be patient, and look how much work the I/O puts in this products and you will be rewareded to support it on one day .

If you now a typical trading schema, I belive we are in the capitulation phase, that means we are on the last stage before we go up a again, and only the moon is the limit

But I'm also wondering how long it will take that other exchanges gonna list IOC as well. This is my biggest concern right now only beeing listed on one exchange

PS: Staking is working perfect for me since 4 days now.

Dear I/O Coin Community,

Firstly, thank you to everyone that donated and those that offered to help with the Giveaway ideas. Due to some of the limitations with the UI we made a last minute change to the Giveaway campaign. We will still be doing a limited time only social media (Facebook & Twitter) campaign, here is the new structure:

1. Each day for a five day period there will be an image released via IOC social media channels
2. Within the image there will be a puzzle, for example some mistakes you will have to look for
3. The number of mistakes in each image will equate to a letter of the alphabet, for example three mistakes will equate to the letter ‘c’
4. You will then have to quote on a retweet or comment in facebook the number of mistakes you see and tag in at least one friend
5. At the end of each day there will be a 100 IOC winner and some mystery runner up prizes selected by random
6. There will be a chance to also win 1000 IOC grand prize after the fifth image, this will go to the first person that sends the word that all five puzzle correct answers (not necessarily in the same order)  spells via an encrypted message to the Giveaway alias (TBA).

One condition is that you must have at least 20 followers on twitter or Facebook friends

Hey there! The final step is for current wallet users to move to new protocol and have the network stable. After that Bittrex should be open for depo/withdrawals.

Before you move your funds please make sure you have the right wallet up>

This is the I/O Coin Protocol 60019, Dions-html5 Windows 10 & OSX Sierra Wallet-105-4

0) close your wallet
1) download the latest wallet below
2) make a backup of wallet.dat (or entire folder)
3) install the new wallet (no need to de-install)
4) open the new wallet. If it does not launch, reboot your pc/mac.

**This is Mandatory Update to fix our alias cache mechanism, in this update the chain stability is no longer dependent on alias cache maintenance, this will help wallets keep in sync.

Version 110 Is a decentric version for systems that are low in resources.
We have also included our full directory chain files for people experiencing connection or sync issues.

Please remember this is a mandatory update, if you send coins to bittrex or anyone from the old protocol wallets 60015, 60016, 60017, 60018 after the fork on block 1625000 u could lose coins since bittrex wallets were disabled and the coins won’t hit the new chain. Always send 1 ioc as test to ensure proper receive during upgrade times.

****Make sure to Always Backup all files and folders before upgrading.
