Every pool (suprnova, HH, dedicated) have own blockchain.  

don't mine on hasharder until they fix it and address all the coins that were mined the first hour this coin was released that haven't been paid out

Erm, when we released this pool the hashrate was already 8gh/s. We have not yet found a single block.

Now we have no miners. So there is nothing to pay out.
