Too much panic there. X11 coin, no/not significant premine, high POS worth at least 700 SAT (with or without dev)

had to take a nasty loss here. im out got no choice, the coin is stained now. rep is difficult to build. what guarantee is it that gtx isnt pumping price to get out
No pumping the price. Don't have the coins. But I still don't know if the people I know would do this for free in the start until it gets a stable community.. As soon as I get a response I will write about it. Get donation addresses going where the community chips in, in BTC and in ICG. Set a negotiated amount aside for development and pay accordingly, either upfront (i dont advise), or set milestones and pay incrementally after each release. My 2 cents, because thats what my investment seems to have turned into. Great idea Don't know how many of you would donate before they produce something good. Still waiting for a response. Trust me, if they agree to get into this it will be huge. They are absolutely free ATM.

Trust me Im sure big holders would love to donate if they know that their investment is in good hands and is sure to grow. I know ill donate 10-20% and im not a big holder.

+1 there is a reason for that 13 BTC buy wall at 100 sats. Even if dev is not continuing this coin is worth atleast 500 sats.

Would like to get a confirmation from them and then open donation addresses. Just to be sure if they will work on it and if they need investments for the project.

lol a coin is worthless without dev I agree with you that any new coin is worthless without a dev. But, it's very interesting if you think about it. Crypto is supposed to be decentralized, but having a developer makes it somewhat centralized. After the features are fully functional, all coins should be able to survive without any development, in theory.

yes, this is obviously open source so any contributors are welcome. I would love a community overtake that way I do not have to be the only one trying to push this through.
I will let you all know in half an hour if they said yes. But I personally think it's a done deal. come on irc as new dev. and address us all Still waiting for the response. If everything stays positive they will come up and do the announcements. They once worked on a project and it succeeded big time! I once worked on a project that succeeded big time also. The project was walking my dog so he can take a shit. It was a great success.

ok havent read the whole thread yet. but maybe someone can update me what's up? did we lose the dev or something? because that really isnt a problem. ive got one on standby.
let me know. easiest community takeover yet. i may even supply this coin with my own anon solution. but considering i only got a couple hundred while speculating the coin for trading and price rise, i'd accept some donations for my idea in ICG. i estimate 1-2btc to pay the dev to implement anon. but dont hold me to that. we'd have to get an official quote.

not a problem. i think it has a good name that appeals to the supporters of anon transaction technology. and what better way to enhance that than giving it it's own unique anontx system? i'll even help with further developments, multipool etc and we'll have to work towards getting the coin on some other exchanges. but from what i can tell... it all got sold out between 300-900 satoshi. so what happened exactly? the dev sold all his coin and left us with this coin? one of the above posters is right though. a coin doesnt need a dev holding it's hand once it functions as expected. we can get a new wallet etc. but it's going to be down to the marketing plan. edit: coin's totally not dead though. i just noticed it got added on bittrex. for now if the dev has indeed dumped and buggered off. id advise that all send your coins to the exchanges for storage in case we have to do a handover for a new coin using this source. the exchanges can help with transferring the old coins to the new wallet... if necessary. just a safety measure. i think we can take this significantly over 2000 satoshi.

I like the idea of the community coming together to support eachother & this coin, for me that is what Crypto is all about

let's give the dev some time to respond unless it is absolutely confirmed that he has left the project? we can also uphold the decentralized slave nodes idea. with an added incentive via my design.

Well it looks like BitTrex is holding my coins now on "pending". Been a while now.
At this point it isn't worth to sell now. Just gotta hope something happens positive.
I am a very small bag holder.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks
