ok i think i understand. m3 promised the devs a 2k pricepoint so that he could pay them in ICG. but they lost confidence. this is why it may be better to pay in btc. i can contact my dev and he im sure wont have a problem working on contract to add features to this coin. we'd have to put up as a community to make the cost of dev fees. if you like i can contact him and get a quote for the decentralized node system. i also have a multipool operator and coder who may be able to help us. i guess i should go ahead and have a word with them regarding a quote to install these features. m3 could possibly provide us the checkpoint keys etc that we may need so that we dont have to do a changeover.

for now i will offer my decentralized node system design to this coin. but not the anontx system. we can think about that later. but the community will have to pitch in for the dev fees. shouldnt be more than a btc or 2 by my estimate. and the dev requires a 50% downpayment to begin work and the next 50% after work is completed and tested to satisfaction. so if it turns out to be 1btc to implement we'll just need to supply him with a total of .5btc to get started.

He is still having issues recovering the database with everyone's balances and shares, but assures the coins are intact.

He invites you to join #COINMINERS on freenode IRC and give him your username on his pool, your ICG payout address, and your honest estimate of the ICG balance you had at his pool before it went down. He proposes to pay you what you say you had, based on the honour system. Obviously in the scammy world of crypto this is open to you abusing this honest offer by lying, so... please don't?

I've given him my ICG address and a low-end estimate of the coins I had. Will repost if/when he pays me out, with a description of how much I received based on how much I asked for.

I estimated I had 41k confirmed ICG on the pool and requested 40k, which he sent.

I asked for his ICG address so I could send 25% back to him as thanks for his trustworthiness and he would not accept-- he's concerned about rebuilding trust for his mining pools.

In this case my clearest assumption is that an honest pool operator got taken down by DDoS attack used by a competing miner. I don't approve of this strategy since it harms confidence in the coin even as it's being mined.

Ok it's official guys. There will be 5 people working on this. Each and every of them accepted to continue the project of this coin.

But there is a "bad" part of this. Since they asked me how much of investment there is I said we have some sum of coins from which they can get motivated.
I plan on giving them some of my own funds to invest but I need a bit of help really. They asked for 3 BTC (0.6 BTC per one guy). I said it's not a problem and I confirmed to them that they will be paid.  I believe in them so there is no issue about stopping the development of the coin.

You can PM me so I can send you the wallet address on which you can donate. Donations will be in BTC. Just to be fair I wont be collecting coins by myself, they will be distributed to them by shares they requested. If I get more donations than needed they will be returned because I want to respect the devs and not give them too much. If they keep making things good I will start accepting donations again. Thank you all guys and I hope we'll make it big!

Like I said you guys are welcome to take over. If there are competent devs who can further maintain the coin that is all I need. I will keep checking in and working on it slowly but like I said it will take time guys.
