why not try to list it on Bleutrade?It's the best platform for  trading altcoins althought it is not popular so far,imo bittrex may be just the next mintpal for it is so shady on those ico from nowhere,any coin that list on bleutrade can immediately related to another 70+ altcaoins there,by that mean you can trade faircoin not only with bitcoin,you can also trade it with another 70+ coins ,for those who interesting to know about bleutrade may use the link below:

Mintpal V1 has sent the wallet.dat and user/ balances info to the faircoin dev team!

Tomorrow we will begin withdrawals with the already filled forms, will ask adress to the other users, and will begin proceding with the next steps to recover the faircoin normality!   

I am decided to reactivate exchanges and price reference this week. Solving the mintpal problem and getting faircoin in Bittrex

I totally opt-in for decentralization, however the Team's focus will now be on getting on a major exchange (Bittrex).
Feel free to support/promote FairCoin on Bluetrade. As you have witnessed; with a good talk you can get a long way

To add to that; every exchange unfortunately (I know of) could be a potential MintPal... Unless someone creates a decentralized exchange (which should be possibly given all cryptocoins are decentralized, http://www.metalair.org/ might be interesting to follow) or you are in fact owner of the private key of your exchange's wallet, we're stuck with the model that the interwebs offers now.

this time bittrex is the best and better exchange then others, every one wants to trade on bittrex so, FAIR should be listed on bittrex,
