Is some kind of ICO, but taking in account that is reselling of coins in hands of faircoop or bought on the market, not new coins creation.

Otherwise, the faircoin 2 is in strong development, and a big priority inside the campaign, so if the goal is not reached still the money
invested will make possible faircoin 2.
In fact before the crowdinvestment it was already a 5000 euros personal investment which supported the beginning of the plan

Hi Jack!

The current FairCoin2 block chain is for testing only. It will be reset when FairCoin2 is launched. So you can just play with the main chain

When FC2 is launched all balances are automatically transferred to the new block chain. All the users need to do is to upgrade their wallet software. Once the wallet is in sync the same balance will be available.
