Cannot open it with the new client.

Any idea how to load it?

Do you have the old wallet installet in your computer or only the file?

getfaircoin could be acting as a merchant,when peopel buying Faircoin with cash then they can earn 10% of cash back in Byteball,you may discuss with tony(dev of byteball) for details see if getfaircoin can be partnership with Byteball, no harm but only advantages for both Faircoin and Byteball imo.

and you may go to read it if you are interesting on it..and i think faircoin won't give it a shit for whatever suggestion,they seems just live inside their own circle and doesn't care about what  is happening on the outside world.
i won't be surprised one day if i wake up from my bed and see faircoin delisted from bittrex for they are so passively interact with crypto's community.
