My account has 943 mbtc in it. When I go to the withdraw page it says I have 0 available funds to withdraw. My deposit HAS THE NECESSARY confirmations!! Why can't I withdraw anything?? I dont want to call scam but this seems fishy. What is the deal? My account name is chaos and my last bet was 128 mbtc. Support please.

My account has 943 mbtc in it. When I go to the withdraw page it says I have 0 available funds to withdraw. My deposit HAS THE NECESSARY confirmations!! Why can't I withdraw anything?? I dont want to call scam but this seems fishy. What is the deal? My account name is chaos and my last bet was 128 mbtc. Support please.
Did you claimed any kind of promotion , i mean like deposit bonus ? Because I doubt these cases arrive in bonuses. |

They are not separated, you can use the same login details both on your mobile and on your pc. But note: actually you can be logged in only on 1 device,if you are trying to login on another you'll be automatically logged out. That was made for the security reasons. Good luck and enjoy the game! im on atm and for me all works good. so i dont know if you have fixed it or not but all is working. btw i got a question why do you put some withdrawals to manual that is bad becuse your not online through weekends (if im not wrong) and if someone win late friday he needs to wait for 2 days to get withdrawal. regards. -katerniko1 |
