Hey everyone! Apologies for not posting any updates, though there was no news apparently, as we have been trying to use our Xapo coldwallet to process the withdrawal of chelashin, but still no success. They have implemented a KYC procedure for all users and this has taken LOT longer than expected. Actually we still don't have access to our funds in there, the support staff is really hard to reach and overall experience is really disappointing So all we had to do is just wait to be able to move some BTCs across our projects for this cashout, as we're not holding much money in the hotwallet. What we've done now:1. We have unblocked chelashin's account at Pocket Dice. 2. We have added some funds necessary for the cashout of 87 BTCs (last win of chelashin, making it a total of 102 BTC profit). 3. We've sent him an email describing how to withdraw the funds. Our reputation has been flawless for more than 2 years already, so after the investigation was over we were doing our best to be able to process this withdrawal asap. Moreover, many of you have noticed we've had technical issues with deposits/withdrawals lately causing us to even stop the website. The bitcoin node was not working correctly so we have stopped Pocket Dice for maintenance. These problems have also been solved, everyone's received their transactions, all support tickets have been replied and looks like everyone's pretty much happy :slightly_smiling_face: As for the casinos you guys have listed – yes, coinpalace.io is one of the projects we own, all the other websites from the lists you've posted are using a white label of our game (mainly these are casinos built on SoftSwiss platform, but we also provide the game to some other casinos and even faucets). Payments in there are operated by the site owners, and we only provide the software. Once again, we're very sorry for inconvenience. Have a great day everyone! Yeah XAPO should be avoided at all times. Whether you are accepting the KYC or not they will usually freeze your funds and not even let you withdraw until your provide your info. Its not really fair, they should just let you withdraw your BTC instead of freezing your account for weeks.

Yes, we know that your reputation has been flawless for more than 2 years already, learn from this time, don't use xapo again, it sucks. And advertise on the social network after pay them, this time is a big failure cause you first adtertise that winning and then froze his account.

Actually the player has been winning during the last 3 months and all his wins except for the last one have been paid on time. So the advertisement on facebook was legit Now waiting for the player to appear online and withdraw the latest win. As for Xapo – indeed, we're not going to use it anymore. We really never expected any kind of issues with them.

Please inform us of how many bitcoins you have, and where they are. (You don't have Bitcoin in Xapos Wallet. Xapos Does) From what I can tell you have 4 BTC here in hot wallet: 1Hsk4SV1nGFL7jQhYAgYCv8Z8uEr84eTC and another 10 BTC here: 15hi8S5zheeG5Jxie5RRgCkXEeRtqiHLGx Our reputation has been flawless for more than 2 years already, so after the investigation was over we were doing our best to be able to process this withdrawal asap.

He is reffering most likely to the faucet. Alot of gamblers lately all they care about is the faucet because then they can get free money without actually risking anything.

I think I found the guys address. (although he won't confirm it and pocketdice has been suspiciously silent) 1KKC2FZBzvfXQ4eFG38QTUGhXLakzbhiwB I also think everyone should assume pocketdice doesn't have a proper bankroll till they prove otherwise. (making them essentially a ponzi) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1638449.msg16502986#msg16502986(might find out sooner than later, chelashin is up another BTC48 last few days.)

Given the recent scam accusations against them, we may assume that it is over for PocketDice.

It says that they are speeding up the site atm, when the first time you notice this site downtime? Is it more than a day or just a few hours ago? If it is down only for few hours then I think it is not really a big issue (aside the issue of chelashin). Indeed, there is no official announcement on this thread. As I see, OP is not really active posting since the issue of chelashin. So lets wait for more few hours.

They've gone down before only providing a generic "Speeding things up" message. So ATM just have to wait. Would be nice if Pocket Dice would post planned downtime or issues. Especially with all the drama lately.

Not anymore. I believe the player was paid. He then went on to win another 50+ BTC last I checked (couple days ago). However, if I'm right about the address belonging to chelsean, then he made a 20 BTC deposit to pocketdice about 10 hours ago: https://blockchain.info/address/1KKC2FZBzvfXQ4eFG38QTUGhXLakzbhiwB

Considering the way things were handled over the last few weeks, I think it would be in the best interest of everyone for you to provide proof of solvency. I suggest players assume PD Pocketdice is insolvent until proven otherwise.

Its good that you paid that player and all his withdraws however judging by what is happened lately with this site. Many are worried that you guys might be in debt and they are concerned about their Bitcoins.
