Apologize for what !!  I have been depositiing here and never being able to withdraw! Why  are we able to deposit instantly  but cant withdraw ! My request to withdraw has been 9 mf**ing days ! I have been emailing them about my issue no fucking answer !!! What a shit support!
Always problems with withdraw always , always ..........

Its very disappointing what is going on with this site.

Basically they login to Bitcointalk everyday but never post. Their last post was this

"Hi. We'll be back online soon"

And that's it. That post was over a week ago. The post before that was the week prior and not much details either.

Very unprofessional how they are handling this situation.

Site is up but there's something going on again, either they can't solve their issues or they are being attacked. Either way they should inform us players what is happening with their site not just let us hanging and hoping.

a simple: "Don't worry we have a scheduled maintenance/server problems,our team is working on it,stay calm etc. etc.
would have been the least  a professional gambling site expected to do in their official thread
and NOT being online every day and just staying silent
at least they are online and paying,but you never know what happens in a week ,no explanation was given
reputation is very difficult to build and very easy to lose,just saying

Basically nothing is working properly. Either they are over loaded with new Bitcoin users and their server can't handle the excess load or the administrator got some hourly job somewhere and no longer has time to devote to this website.

He has time to go on Bitcointalk but doesn't have a few seconds to tell us about the issues.

Even if its a bad life event like a family death and he is too depressed to work, he can come in here, explain what happened and we would understand instead of being left in the dark.

Gonna cash out my remaining money in this site, don't want to wait until August 1. It is possible that withdrawal from this site may take up to more than 2 weeks so meh, good luck to your avid fans and supporters but I ain't gonna deposit in this site anymore.

Tried to withdraw my remaining balance from this site when they were up and running smooth, been waiting for the confirmation link to be sent to my registered e-mail and walah, until now no link has been sent. Tsk tsk. And they don't respond to private messages either on e-mail nor facebook. Too bad, loved this site before.

Originally they said "It would be processed soon", then it became "every few days", then "supposedly in the new few days.

At this point I remind them once or twice a week, but their support simply ignores me.

I believe last time they already cleared their red trust right? And now they are going to get a red trust again? This is so ridiculous of them being back to scam people again. I believe may be they have work to do with some issues but at least they need to announce people that their amount is safe being on this site or they will get another red trust again. With 2 times red trust I think people will consider to play on this site again
