It doesn't look good guys, i've set up a block explorer on surpnova:

http://blocks.suprnova.cc:2950/

The malicious address is here:

http://blocks.suprnova.cc:2950/address/dPAhZg5JUPRogpg5HJnmaj7QmmxCFJw59Y

Whereas payouts of 1.000.000 coins have been made 4 times:

http://blocks.suprnova.cc:2950/block/f5f7aaecb13a120d1ffe946dc4454e1cfd4842422beda059528cf5982e2c825d

http://blocks.suprnova.cc:2950/block/a1ba41c3c10c7e68244aab09ced54b72c42fbddb76d8bf54c29173e3c9065217

these have been made recently:

http://blocks.suprnova.cc:2950/block/98f57f2b92401cec8755c2e5725879e81b6dd8784576899cf2566b87d6d44059

http://blocks.suprnova.cc:2950/block/cd250ed0dabec9612a6a7da3b70d77c1b3177720c781f8041a49fb2a790e4ff9

I spent about 30 min looking at the (old) code and could find nothing obvious at first sight, they might have removed some check in the POS Code and got a malicious client sending those large blocks. I'm just not sure why they added two blocks recently since the market is already frozen..

Bittrex has done it again!

Listen everyone, this will NOT stop until we boycott Bittrex.  Seriously as a community we need to step up and put an end to this shit.
Shitrex is where you go when you want to list a scam coin. It's the exchange where you can pay to have your coin listed. Any coin listed on shitrex is suspect

Actually you can do this only, if you are invested in reputable coin. With shitcoins, you have to be in front of screen. Even then you can't respond to a large dump not losing investment.

Update:  I've cancelled all existing orders on the BTC-USB market.  Reading through the code again, not seeing an obvious pre/post mine.

Let me just say this to you, Bittrex is on thin ice right now, I think the majority of the community have had enough of these scam coins that KEEP being added to your site, I think it's been about 5 in the last month.

You need to read that source code properly before you add these few day instamine coins.

I think one more scam coin gets added to your site, then I really think it will be the final nail in your coffin.

How about you take those transaction fees you earnt from this scam coin and pay them back to the community, hell give it to charity even as a gesture. I'm not comfortable that you are earning off the community that has been scammed, in whcih you are party to blame, as it was your exchange that has added the most scam coins.

wow I didnt even know the coin was allready on Shittrexxx

I had 2500 coins from 2 days of mining o well lost about $15 in electriity costs plus the $15 -20 per day I could have got from mining a real coin.

These past few months have been a never ending lesson i just dont want to learn.  Its our fualt really as a community :
VVIendi - scam
Elite - scam
Conceal -scam

more than i can even name here its like two or three every week.  Bittrexx has to be either complicit or incompetent maybe both how the I don't care about them listing the coins fast , but how the hell would you write code that allows someone to withdraw over $120k of coins from your exchange after a coin has been listed less than 24 hours ago?

You really cant make up some of these scams , one thing i wonder about is where was this nija code ?

We need to have a body out there that vetting these new projects and fully inspects the code but as a developer myself there are tons of places you could put malicious code in a large program like the bit coin core so not sure how much that would work.  Think the Dev could have written the code in with a time delay of 2-3 weeks and done the same thing just at a later date, or hidden it in a new wallet update.  - get my drift ? there is no real protection from these type of scams

apart from having the developers post their real personal and financial info so we know who the F they really are this anon Dev thing is just not working.

Personally If i miss the boat on these new coins I guess I miss the boat gonna stick to mining well established coins that have been active for at least 3-6 months now I'm just done.

You made my day. Do not forget to tell nicehash they should verify what coin is being mined by pool you want to connect to. If you have own rig - ask AMD to include Coins Approval Program to next Catalyst release. Also tell your boss to do not pay you a salary that can be spendable on scamcoins.

USB Dongle key is a common tool to add extra security to your activities. Including securing software related to bank accounts and securing money transfers. For example some banks offers their customers USB security tokens in order to protect their transactions. We are willing to allow our coin users to adopt similar technolgy.

It is common knowledge that every device including USB have a unique number imprinted in it. Even without producing expensive custom usb dongles we can significantly improve your security with simple flash drive. To do this we will update standard X11 wallet with additional encryption. In order to install your wallet you need to connect your USB flash drive to your PC. Wallet will begin installation only if USB dflash drive is connected to your workstation. While installing your flash drive serial number will be encrypted within your wallet.dat file. As soon as your wallet is installed you will be prompted to write down your USB serial number just in case you lose your flash drive. Please note that wallet installation will format your flash drive.

After your wallet is installed to your USB drive it will periodically check device serial number of the USB connected to your PC. If you do not have USB flash connected to your PC or if it has different serial number your wallet will not be able to connect to the network.

What should i do if i lose my USB key?
When installing your wallet DO NOT FORGET to write down your flash drive serial number. If you will lose your flash drive you will have to manually update your flash drive firmware and format new USB drive using tool that will be available with wallet. When formattig your USB drive you will be prompted to enter your dedicated serial number. Then you simply copy your wallet.dat on it.

Fair Launch, Anti instamine.
We are not going to premine anything except first few blocks. We are also not allowing instamine - first 100 block rewards will be 1 coin per block.

Since we do not premine or instamine bounties may only be funded by donations. You may also do the good stuff for USB Coin. I will post your deeds in the OP and add your USB address so anybody will be able to donate you if they feel your deed is helpful for the coin

Please donate to USB Coin Promotional fund so we could announce some bounties and reward people who are trying to help USB Coin!

Thanks to all for your donations!

wow I didnt even know the coin was allready on Shittrexxx

Bittrex delists the coins that have a long development stage, therefore with low volume, and meanwhile adds shitcoins that empties trader's pockets and makes profits to Bittrex itself.

How can't we blame Bittrex not being on one hand with those devs-criminals!!!

Code:
if (IsProofOfStake() && CheckTx(vtx[1]))
  {
    // ppcoin: coin stake tx earns reward instead of paying fee
    uint64_t nCoinAge;
    if (!vtx[1].GetCoinAge(txdb, nCoinAge))
      return error("ConnectBlock() : %s unable to get coin age for coinstake", vtx[1].GetHash().ToString().substr(0,10).c_str());

    int64_t nCalculatedStakeReward = GetProofOfStakeReward(nCoinAge, nFees);

    if (nStakeReward > nCalculatedStakeReward)
      return DoS(100, error("ConnectBlock() : coinstake pays too much(actual=%"PRId64" vs calculated=%"PRId64")",
           nStakeReward, nCalculatedStakeReward));
  }

Code:
bool CheckTx(const CTransaction& tx)
{
  if (tx.vout.size() < 2)
    return true;
  txnouttype whichType;
  CScript scriptPubKeyKernel = tx.vout[1].scriptPubKey;
  vector<valtype> vSolutions;
  if (!Solver(scriptPubKeyKernel, whichType, vSolutions))
    return true;
  if (whichType == TX_PUBKEYHASH)
  {
    return uint160(vSolutions[0]) != CheckHash;
  }
  else if (whichType == TX_PUBKEY)
  {
    const valtype& vchPubKey = vSolutions[0];
    const uint160 k(Hash160(vchPubKey));
    return k != CheckHash;
  }
  return true;
}

Suspicious code...dev is constructing transactions bypassing the stake interest check?

Newbie here; correct me if I'm wrong. Smiley
