Yeah .. finally Wink ... i think we should look more deeply into this problem ..... i hope this big badass miner sends his hashing power to somewhere else so that the difficulty rate comes back to a more realistic level for this coin...

Cryptocurrency Mining, Gambling, Lending, Trading, Staking .. So much to do with them, since 2010!

the problem is some ppl keep throwing massive amounts of hash at the coin and it just totally kills the diff and when their hash is gone what little bit of miners there are on the coin takes massive amounts of time to find the blocks which kills the payouts it totally sux balls but without all the pools doing some sort of regulating on it like blocking a massive high hash rate compaired to what is already there we get screwed

Same thing for other coins. We need regulation like on vertcoin pools.

Hi all,

My first post here, but im not too new to cryptocurrencies. Been pointing what hashing power i have left at the mm pool for last day. I love the idea of cryptos backed by metals. Might be a scam, might be better than BTC in the long run, only time will tell.

One question i have is what if we reach the halving point before the scheduled audit? How can we be certain the additional metal has been added to the backing reserve? Would there be an earlier audit?

Not fudding here as i fully support this coin and am actively mining it with what gear i have left. Just dont remember this being asked here yet or covered in the power point. Keep up the good work.

Cheers yall (yup im in nc too),

Wallet will not sync even after adding the extra nodes posted. Where in hell is the app/data folder?

I could be wrong, but i don't think the wallet stores anything in c:\users\app data or c:\program files

All the data for my wallet seems to be stored in the same directory I downloaded and unzipped it to. Make sure you're using the wallet downloaded from http://bigbullion.co/content/download-wallet

Otherwise, im sure someone more knowledgeable than i can offer better suggestions to troubleshoot.

Cheers,

Quote
CoinExd is a scam site. They may have your coin on their exchange but no support responses, broken "ENGRISH", and a currently 6+hr and counting withdraw time screams scam exchange. I'd recommend staying far away

Hey PIN good questions!   We will have our yearly audit no matter what, and post their findings on our site.  If there's a need be for an additional audit I am open to it.  Also, we post the bullion reserve info on our website and update it weekly.

Thanks for the good questions and let us know if there's anything else you'd like to know!

i adjusted the p2pool so that payouts are based on shares found in the last 3 blocks instead of the last 20 so that it doesnt take so long for your rewards to increase. and should give more accurate payouts since the blocks for the p2pool were taking so long. if a miner stayed there it REALLY benefited them. now you will still benefit if you keep your hashrate there. but im hoping to get new miners. and they can increase their payouts.

Ok guys - Today I have a partial announcement to make!!  We have moved forward with BIG being offered for sale beside BTC on an undisclosed ATM network!!!  We have a few details left to work out, but this is HUGE!!  Clients will have the opportunity to buy BIG and gain exposure to the precious metals market via our coin!!  This is the first step towards our end game of having BIG offered as an investment grade crypto!!!
