try the wallet dat on another computer. Do other wallets work OK. If it works on another computer maybe you have some other problem.

Download the wallet is not synchronized, how should I do?

You could make a config file that has "addnode=xx.xx.xx.xx"
Where the XX are active IP of users that can act as nodes.
This is standard format of many cryptocurrency wallets.
Not many connections out there and not sure what IP to use.

If reinstalling, make sure to delete the roaming folder as well.
But, keep your wallet.dat and put back in once installed.

You need to let go. I lost too much money thinking 'if only it goes up a bit i'll be ok' and it continues to drop.
If you sell you will prob be able to buy them back cheaper, as it's now marked for delisting AGAIN !!
