Thanks for reaching out and the recommendation! We will make sure to add it to our altcoin discovery list. We keep up with all recommendations sent to us so that when we are looking to add a new coin we can see what makes the most sense for us at that time. We will consider GSMCoin and will announce all new coin additions here on Bitcointalk as well as all other relevant forms and social media outlets. Agreed !!! GSM is a beast No scam, great dev and lot of potential to bring crypto to have real world usage. Please add it, you wont regret. I would also recommend adding GSM coin, this coin has a real purpose and the dev is very dedicated. Thanks
Thanks for your support, let's see what ShapeShift have to say.

Congratulations. After you lied to the public for several months about being a "Swiss company", you finally managed to set this company up. Well, at least I hope it is your company, for there is only one member of the board, a German lawyer. And splitting the stock capital into one million shares makes you look like a penny-stock company.
It seems you are more concerned about a government stamp of approval than our 9 month track record of taking care of customers. And stock capital denomination is arbitrary... why are you using that to slander us?

Congratulations.
It seems you are more concerned about a government stamp of approval than our 9 month track record of taking care of customers. And stock capital denomination is arbitrary... why are you using that to slander us? Okay, first of all: I think the idea of ShapeShift is great. And you can quote me on this. Honestly. And: I didn't mean my remark as "slander". More in a private mail...

ShapeShift is 100% transparent and reliable, i dont see the reasoning behind your so called statement you just made. What is the point of stating that unless you have some kind of past with them personally...

People are often quite critical around here and I can say that I appreciate seeing a company that prides itself on being professional and open. I'll take an example of the person that they turned down the job in favor of this Dana person, she might know less about the Blockchain but someone that would go around calling "Dana Bitch" etc. is a detriment to the business. I firmly believe it's 90% customer service and 10% coding.

Can someone tell me how to validate a btc->nxt transaction? I am POSTing this info to shapeshift.io/shift withdrawal: rs, pair: "btc_nxt", rsAddress: rs
where rs is a new, unfunded Reed-Solomon nxt address I am getting 'unable to validate' the address. I assume I need to pass my pubkey, but how? I see little documentation. UPDATE--- Nevermind, I figured it out. It turns out 'rsAddress' is the pubkey field. How stupid.

Will you add PayCON already...? I did a recent analysis about that coin and found out it is a very promising coin that has a strong supporting and helpful community, is already listed on some exchanges and the dev team is restless constantly adding new features and surpassing a lot of alts even now. After PayCoin ultimately fails and all its community moves over to PayCON it will have even more followers since it's the one legit. It is very active on social media also, it has twitter, facebook, youtube, own forum, you name it.. You will add it in future anyway, so it would be a smart business decision to add it now without waiting as many people are looking forward to exchange for it

Question about the actual, practical exchange rates on the site, since I'm seeing a discrepancy.
Let me provide some examples.
I converted 0.13 XMR at a quoted rate of 0.00304009 BTC per XMR, which should come out to 0.00039521 BTC.
I only received 0.00029402 BTC.
I converted 0.07 XMR at a quoted rate of 0.00304009 BTC per XMR, which should come out to 0.00021281 BTC.
I only received 0.00011217 BTC.
Finally, a larger amount: I converted 11.43664499 XCP, at a quoted rate of 1.16841180 XMR per XCP, which should come out to 13.36271096 XMR.
I only received 13.32958171 XMR.
What is the source of this discrepancy? Is there a way to correct this discrepancy in the quoted rates on the site?
I'd like to be able to have a better idea of what I'm actually going to receive when I make the transaction. This seems to be a separate issue from the fluctuations of the exchange rates. There seems to be another cost in there (a fee?) that isn't being made visible to the user before the conversion takes place. If it's a fee, it'd be useful to have the fee baked in to the quoted exchange rate, or at least calculated and displayed for the user before the conversion is made.
