Shapeshift the one instant coin exchange that should be use by peoples now, because it's better than using exchanger which requires you to wait for pending orders. Really happy to use it and I hope next the Developer will add more altcoins to exchange. I see many coins in exchangers have been add but useless and only pending order list. Like victorious coin, it has many users but they can't buy/sell/spend it because of this condition.

OK, well 36 hours ago i tried trading some BTC's for Z cash, the deposit address shows they received the bitcoins, confirmed, then spent them,

8 hours ago, after countless attempts to reach a non robot, breathing human, i got a response by email saying "your BTC's will be returned shortly"


When I tried to response with a suggestion that maybe a $20 investment on installing a telephone somewhere would be of some benefit, i got a robot response that shes now "away from the desk"


The business mastermind who is looked at by the bitcoin community as a true genius, doesn't have a mailing address for that business....

Im not saying its not very successful, but how would anyone even know?

Can shapeshift.io please add zcoin to the available services? Zcash is on there but I don't see an option for zcoin. I mean on the website, not the mobile app for iPhone.

It's super lame in my opinion that ShapeShift has to comply with the AppStore and only allow what I gather are "apple approved currencies?"

BTC is taking forever to confirm right now because of all the traffic. I actually waited all day on my last shift from Ethereum to bitcoin  for it to ultimately fail in completing the trade. ShapeShift ended up sending the BTC but now I wish I would have just got a refund of my ether LOL.

Haven't shifted again since but does the website allow you to manually increase the fee?
