Advertising spam is not allowed

I feel like reputation and account age should be considered as part of this.. I run pools, alot of them, I post a post to coin announcements when I operate a pool for the coin.. But in July and September i got all of my pool plugs deleted.  I dont spam - I spend time manually posting to threads. I post once or twice to make sure supportive miners find the pool.

Where should one post a new service like a crypto trading bot? Things have changed a bit over the years.

almost nobody will say that.
it is very difficult to determine.
I think, we must focus on our feelings.
you need to get a good idea of the project, to study all the nuances and roity of your own conclusions.

Recently a lot of AirDrop's threads are being erased.

I think the AirDrop notices will not really be erased, but if they change location according to the location of the thread, so that it is located in the right place. Or at least that is what I understood.

I'm stopping by bitcointalk for the first time since September really trying to take a temperature of things on a bloody day for nothing else than to take a temperature of sentiment. Seems mixed. I suppose that's positive. Crypto Twitter seems to have reached capitulation yesterday. Looks like BCT is overly spammy. As markets weaken the desperate get more desperate I suppose.

So how I can get through to broader  public not being legendary but on a bou ty campaign or just wanting to do my bit trying to channel some attention to a project I am convinced  for it seems some projects like BTT are getting to much and some to little love it does not help the network to grow

I suggest that Platform should make different section for advertisments ,with a disclaimer that Bitcointalk will not be responsible for any spam..
That space is only for advertrisment posts .

I don't think that there's a need for a certain section for ads. And for each ad slot that the forum advertises, there's a reminder under those slots.

But what means when you say spam? is there any rulles? for example if i make 10 post and all of them the same so it is spam, or what means spam?

of course, it will be considered spam.  The same applies to this, when you write different posts, but very quickly send them one by one.  the more, so if your post is not properly written and does not carry the values, then it also refers to spam.  It can also be different ads for external resources.  we must be very attentive and reesponsible in this kind of activity and not write such posts.

It can be so annoying and pathetic when people spam, if you have an ad to tell people about just pay for and ad slot so it would be handled the right way instead of annoying humans

We are facing some serious kind of problems with the spammers if you want to mine a coin properly and early you should mine it by yourself. If you can’t no need to be worry Probably nobody will be until the coin adds the info.

Depends on what kind of Service or project it realy is !!!!

But i guess the best place is that you post it in this section : Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Services

As in your title it says Service , just make the announcement there and write in your thread that it should be moved from an Moderator if it dosnt fits there  !
But i guess its the right board for post it there .

Dear fellow members, what i feel is ,  this is a good decision. However we can come up with some more refined policy on this  as well. if you all are agreed we can take some more suggestions from the forum members and can have a look again in the matter in the discussion.... maybe we have forgotten something to add or maybe we have added something which should not be involved. redesigning something is always for betterment.

I guess you mean by your question if this board is for advertising or not, because this topic was sticked at top-board to notice people that this board is for Altcoin announcements. For advertising, people have to use the Marketplace section of Alt Currencies.

With this thread it was meant that its not allowed to spam in every thread your project or your service !

For Example :
If you run an Service that will list or have Information about every new Coin or project that is coming and you posting in every new thread that is coming .
THat would be seen as Advertising spam , and your posts will be get deleted and if you dont stop maybe your Account banned ! 

And maybe read the first post again as there already is the answer and some examples.
