I think they have the identity of the dev on file.
eUtopium, a coin with 1 million total coins and IPO is trading at 0.00039002BTC and will likely go higher after getting listed on Bittrex although i don't like coin that are developed for social cause. It will be interesting to see the price of xcloudcoin surge after IPO.
