Its faster to use each HDD on its own

Also, it would be nice to get some performance tips for mining (NOT generating plots, there are lot's of tips regarding generating plots already present in this thread) ... are there any factors, that affect mining performance, besides the total storage space in the plots?

Does it matter if pocminer runs on a slow or fast computer?

Does it matter if pocminer runs on a computer with fast (latency & bandwidth wise) access to disks (like directly attached storage VS. USB storage, etc.)?

Anybody? We really need some answers regarding the mining performance guidelines ... or is this a secret?

No one is really doing a hardcore test on setups/configuration.

People will always suggest making a plot for each and every hdd, but opening each individual miner does take up system ram. So, in a situation where someone has 10 hdd's and more, I would suggest a single plot.

As long as the interface is SATA, eSATA or USB 3.0, then it should run fine. I have a test rig where I mine with 2 IDE drive in RAID0 for fun, it's working fine for pool mining.

A fast computer is only important during the plot generation. Then you can migrate the hhd(s) to a slower computer to mine.

these will finally luanched , but i think is not now,  now price is growing slowly but steady. with the difficulty riase, the price will continue to grow, now what we need is multipool, let this coin be poplular and difficulty higher, and need a logo(it is suprise we didn't have a logo yet), a gui wallet client, it is too simple with a website wallet, and it seems dev will continue the develop new features (from the plan 3), when every prepared and have solid miners and popularity, it is easy to luanch every platform, and that will be pump fast

the price on C-cex is just a joke, peoples how are selling will cry later ....

price and volume rising continuously ....

now to 350 sat , tomorrow at 100.000 sat

if they are selling it must be profitable for them, that's it, also with 2B cap, don't expect a big value for this

Would be surprised if this ever hits above 5,000~10,000 sat max, maybe one day. 2Bil is a lot of coins that will eventually be in circulation.

Stop being paranoid about prices please.

50 million coins are minted each month. It will take years before we see 2 billion.

Expect to see 3-5k sat on the first high volume rise.

Oh, and help get this added to exchanges and keep asking around for that multipool.

The high inflation will be no problem with a multipool by our side!

no, it will takes 1.4 year to see 2 billion, every month nearly 100 million burst...50 million....you must cauculate with wrong. 8.10 came out and with now 8.31. already 70 million.. but what's the matter? btsx also has 2 biliion and its price is 40 times of burst.. and the dogo once was so high price with 100 billion, and people still willing to buy it , and it last for several month , popular depends the price, not the amount, what we need is miners, image it, if we have 10 thousands of miner, every 1 tb can mine 10 burst a month, then the burst's high price is not a problem at all

Buyback of 1000BURST asset at Asset Exchange. BURST Gateway discontinued.
I've placed buyback wall at AE at 50NXT/1000BURST, it is 10% above current c-cex price (0.00000255BTC/Burst).
Or I can buyback assets for BTC, at 0.00270 BTC/1000BURST, it is 5% above current c-cex price.
The buyback wall with price above c-cex will continue at least for 2 weeks.

Of course among 21 asset holders there are those, who want their BURST coins, some of them invested for a long run, and they don't want to convert to BTC.  Unfortunatly, I can sent BURST coins only later, not right now.
Because I have made mistake. The BURST Gateway, unlike MultiGateWay, is a manual gateway, so it is hard not to make mistake. I've made it with my FIM Gateway (rather small), and made with BURST Gateway, quite big. I've sent 2'883.068 * 1000BURST assets (tx=2680958876512593946) instead of 2.883.  It is 2'88 mil BURST, it is huge, though it 20% less then 1 day mining income of BURST. The market at c-cex is weak right now, and it is impossible to buy such volume at the time moment. It would led to pump'n'dump, wich is bad for me, and for Burst. I tried to buy from whales, have wrote them (arbitrary) messages, but no luck so far.

So I'll send BURST to asset holders in 1-2 month, with 5%/month interest. Maybe some whale(s) can sell me bulk amount of BURST, than I can send BURSTcoins to asset holders earlier.
Right now I can send only 10.38% of each asset (based on current Gateway balance).

The details of the mistake: I received  2'912.18998718 BURST coins with tx=9467129832984202729,
but sent 2'883.068 (= 2'912.1899 - 1%) * 1000BURST assets, 1000 times more. The guy, who receive that asset, is new to crypto, and to Asset Exchange. He sold that assets at 10-11-12 NXT. After I discovered the mistake (it was hard, just check the amount of txs at my issuing account). I wrote him (arbitrary) message, and he returned NXT he gain (a little consolation, hough).

when can I withdraw my burst coins from you , thanks issuer!

Hey guys. I still have no hits on the multi pool.

It looks like we may just have to settle for someone in our own community, if you guys have the skills.

The bounty is currently 65k BURST. Anyone want to throw down any more?

I will throw another 5, so make my total 10k
