I created a (unrelated) support request on the 26th April, and they didn't respond back yet - very frustrating that the wallet is down on the last day to withdraw - I wondered why the Trex price was much higher than the polo price. I still have quite a lot of XMG on Polo - I hope I can transfer it out before the deadline.

There's no reason to withdraw before the deadline, I got following answer from Polo.

"The wallets will remain available for withdrawal after the actual delisting of the coin.
After considerable amount of time wallets will be taken offline,
but there will always remain the option of withdrawing through a support ticket."

Fantastic - thanks for that information, then I won't worry about losing my Magi =)

If they actually respond to a support ticket...

I don't mean to be negative now but unresponsiveness from their part seems to be the norm. I do hope they prove me wrong!

I found out, it's the kind of subject you select.
On withdrawal issues they never (seem to) respond, on general issues they respond in a normal way.

What is the new development we are to expect from you guys and is there any news that it will be listed in more exchanges and since Polo will remove the coin tomorrow as it is mentioned in their website is there any chance that it will be re listed again in Polo in the future, the reason for the removal is because of the lack of volume and that is what they said.

Still not working?
I asked Oldmankidd in the trollbox.
He told me they have a wallet issue.
I asked if people can withdraw their coins after the wallet is fixed.
He told me yes.

But i don't know if this is correct because the big question is; when will the wallet fixed again?

Sorry to say but still no response from polo, even if i created a new ticket as an general issue.
So i don't have any news about polo.

I'm happy that bittrex open their wallet again  Smiley
No response for me either - I think Polo have become to big to be sustainable - probably a good thing that Magi are no longer listed. My experience over the last months has not been very positive.

Seems that polo has enabled their wallet now, but they haven't responded to my support tickets.

So all back to normal, no worries, let us trade to make XMG the most wanted coin.

Great to hear - Market hasn't been as volatile as I  expected today so far - but still quite a bit of traffic =)
