After the ICO period ends:

1. Bittrex will verify that the terms of the ICO are met; if it is met, it will start the escrow payment process
2. If the terms are not met, Bittrex will refund all purchasers of the coin

Actually the "Submit to either coinssource.com or cryptoasian.com for verification" is before starting the ICO, but I believe the dev didn't do it, did anyone ask Bittrex for the verification?

Let's ask them. And if the conditions are not met we can just get the refund. If they are met, everyone can decide for themselves what to do next. For now, it would be best to hold the sells and get Bittrex info.

how do you think refund will happen when many ICO investors already sold their CLSTR and withdrawn their BTC?

For example buy wall at 10.000 sat.    350 BTC Value.
If there is somebody who sold and a withdrawn BTC....well this person is obviously not a part of ICO investors anymore...Hold your coins, it could be a good idea

Bittrex will be hosting the ClusterCoin ICO. As a reminder, we are providing as escrow for the development team. We are not endorsing this coin or any others on our exchange. Please do your own research before trading. Below are the terms of the ICO.

* We will review the walet before initially adding it.
* We will hold all Premine Coins - 7,000,000 CLSTR
* The ICO will run for 7 days starting August 15th, 2014
* If success conditions are met, we will destroy all remaining coins.
* If success conditions are NOT met, we will buy back all outstanding coins at the ICO price
* Once the ICO is over we will verify there is working wallet and block explorer
* We will hold onto the funds in escrow for 3 days - at which time, we will release the funds.
