1,5 mil coins will be mined first 14 days. And after 21 at the latest 28 days nobody will mine this coin. If i buy in this ICO i can dump in first 14 days (with you and some big miners) or wait till death after 21 days.

7M (if the ICO is sold entirely) is also a good amount of coins to sell an ICO at 2k.

Users will not sump as happen for x11 or x13 or others. x14-E is not used in any renting website or similar. Not mineable by ASIC of FPGAS, so distribution will be wider and mass dumping avoided.
