Well that little ( blurb ) in the brackets is there to explain why the site was removed from the list, and once a site is off the list I don't tend to keep track of it anymore.

The idea behind putting sites in the discontinued section is so everyone can not bother with them anymore, 
and also so I don't get people telling me about some new site they just found, which happens to be some site that is no longer working etc... 

It is no longer giving out free Bitcoin and that is perhaps all that matters...
