It might be a good to check on all the recent sites AK has played on for the IP's, and the addresses where the funds went from the cold wallet. Wouldn't at some point they end up in PD's hot wallet?

Yeah if coins from dice.ninja cold wallet went to ak deposit addy its 100% proof that is him.
I will ask Stunna if he can check that when he gets online.

He actually won 25 BTC from peerbet.

since someone has decided to go public:

akcoin and dmf shared the same ip address, confirmed by the administrators of moneypot and just-dice.
dooglus has not publically said so, but no doubt will soon

also akcoin funded his gambling sprees to the deposit addresses of several dice sites by sending directly from dice ninja's 1ninja address.

if you analyze the ninja cold wallet address graph espringe made ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=745422.msg9177067#msg9177067 ), the funds diverge from the reported bankroll total in September.

this coincides with akcoin starting to gamble really big on other dice sites, until finally going bust and losing 1200+ btc to primedice/stunna

there will probably be no more refunds, because stunna has your money now

degens goin degen. this makes sense with the graph. i know he also played on peerbet, maybe cbtc tim can interject as well.

need to match it with the ip addresses on file though

It might very well be that TO4D and dmf maybe just one guy. Its always good for a site owner to create another identity so that the blame splits, and its not one guy responsible all the time.

True, and incase the identity is revealed and any legal action is taken, then dmf or manl, can simply say that TO4D or gerry ran away with the funds.

Boy he was brilliant offering that playing bonus

Yeah , turned out to be best decision he ever made. But it wasn't easy for him when he paid out 750+ coins in 2 days to AK .

Is the suggested sequence of events something like this:

AK/dmf creates an investment gambling site dice.ninja

AK/dmf becomes a degen and pulls funds from dice.ninja cold wallet blaming coinbase

AK/dmf loses dice.ninja bankroll to Stunna and dmf goes for a run while AK stays to sweep the tracks

Does this roughly make sense? Where is T04D in all this? Another alias for AK? How about darkdice/jpcdice? How about dicebitco.in, where does their scam fit into this?

Groan. Nope.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they sent a few of my withdrawals directly from their cold wallet.  I requested a withdrawal, and they sent it however they wanted to, I have no control over that.

Also, I run a TOR exit node.  It's pretty trivial to set up tor to connect through a specific node if you're so inclined.  It's more likely that they (or you) are framing me because they/you hope I'm someone who can afford to cover the site's losses.

I wouldn't just jump to conclusions right away. We did know, those were possibly AK's IP a few days back. I am sure espringe would have something else to support his claim.

i think when AK was playing and losing he would get his coins from ninja,

but dmf was using AK's coins as cover for investors coins. then AK lost all his coins the 700btc that used to sit there was gone and dmf had no cover any, more

Yes you did, which is why I am not jumping to any conclusions. Once those IP's were given out, it would also be fairly obvious to see that those belonged to you, and you jumping in saying its yours wouldn't really mean its not you. Again, I am not saying its you, I am just waiting what doog and espringe have to say on it. espringe wouldn't suddenly post its AK without any solid evidence.

I haven't used TOR in a while so I'm not sure if you can choose a specific exit node or not, but it's very clear that is not the normal way to use it. Normally you are just given a random exit node.

Besides what are the odds of ninja.dicedice.ninja using your TOR node by chance over and over again. Come on....

akcoin and dmf shared the same ip address, confirmed by the administrators of moneypot and just-dice.
dooglus has not publically said so, but no doubt will soon

A user called "dmf" (userid 257954) visited doge-dice from an IP address that AK also used. He connected 5 times in total, all from the same IP address, at these times UTC:

2014-06-24 14:46:23
2014-06-24 15:04:07
2014-06-24 15:13:13
2014-06-24 16:01:32
2014-07-01 15:50:57

He chatted a little:

Quote
Tue Jun 24 14:46:58 2014 (257954) <dmf> is x around?
Tue Jun 24 14:50:46 2014 (257954) <dmf> is x still around? I was hoping I could convince to let me pick his brain about his rain bot before this place is a desert
Tue Jun 24 14:51:20 2014 (257954) <dmf> cool
Tue Jun 24 14:53:05 2014 (257954) <dmf> you can hang out with us at
Tue Jun 24 14:53:14 2014 (257954) <dmf> ugh it feels wrong to plug my own site on here while you guys are closing up shop
Tue Jun 24 14:53:22 2014 (257954) <dmf> another dice site
Tue Jun 24 14:54:54 2014 (257954) <dmf> anyway, I was wondering how he calculates activity level
Tue Jun 24 14:55:13 2014 (257954) <dmf> I figure he has experience tweaking it here
Tue Jun 24 14:55:20 2014 (257954) <dmf> I know
Tue Jun 24 14:56:22 2014 (257954) <dmf> I'm trying to improve bot remediation for the rain bot I run on my own (other) dice site
Tue Jun 24 14:56:34 2014 (257954) <dmf> I figure x might have some insight
Tue Jun 24 15:01:21 2014 (257954) <dmf> I don't need help coding it, I was just wondering if he's using levenshtein distance matching to filter out auto-chatting bots
Tue Jun 24 15:02:49 2014 (257954) <dmf> cause I'd rather have botting the rain than just end up with a bunch of ALICEbot clones talking to each other in the channel
Tue Jun 24 15:03:08 2014 (257954) <dmf> or Eliza or whatever they use for that
Tue Jun 24 15:04:31 2014 (257954) <dmf> some of you do

Tue Jun 24 15:08:20 2014 (257954) <dmf> lol
Tue Jun 24 15:15:39 2014 (257954) <dmf> do you guys know if doog is planning on bring DD back at some point?
Tue Jun 24 15:15:50 2014 (257954) <dmf> bringing*
Tue Jun 24 15:17:24 2014 (257954) <dmf> well, JD is down to 9252 invested...

Sorting AK's and dmf's connections together, we see these connection times:

2014-06-24 12:28:04 AK
2014-06-24 14:43:22 AK

2014-06-24 14:46:23 dmf
2014-06-24 15:04:07 dmf
2014-06-24 15:13:13 dmf
2014-06-24 16:01:32 dmf

2014-06-24 16:16:43 AK
2014-06-24 16:17:45 AK
2014-06-24 18:33:31 AK
2014-06-24 20:32:58 AK

They were both active on the same IP address within minutes of each other.

Maybe dmf used AK's Tor exit node to pretend to be him (though there's no evidence that this IP address was ever a Tor exit node).
Maybe dmf installed malware on AK's machine and used it to pretend to be him.
Maybe AK made an account called "dmf" and pretended to have his own dice site for laughs.
Maybe AK is dmf.
Maybe AK and dmf are roommates, or dmf steals AK's wifi, or ...

I'm currently uncompressing the Just-Dice logfiles and will search for the same IP address in there too.
