If you check the site, you should find that it is not accessible (for weeks).
If you check OP's profile, you should find a negative trust "Appear to be running with 3 dice sites funds." and that feedback is left there on 2014-10-10.

Only admins are able to check the IP logs, and theymos won't release the data unless you have a court order or a police request...

Current policy is to release IPs only in response to a court order or a reasonable police request. (I don't guarantee that I won't release IPs in other cases, though.)
