Should they update the design? I think they will keep the current design for long time as it looks like a classic design which is not used by most dice sites that uses modern design. I do even think that by having classic design is something that makes them differ from other sites so it can be easily remembered by players.

I made my account on this website for the first time in 2017. And so far I have won a total lottery 6 times. For the first time, I got 0.0012BTC from the lottery. And in all six times, I got 0.0085BTC. Despite the fact that Dice is my favorite game, I could not make any such profit from this website.

May be you should stay on their lottery and go win big instead of losing on their dice game. I'm not biased in any ways towards c-games , but as a gambler with experience
I can say that design is functional and easy to use , thats what counts to me
can be improved as in less clicks to get to some menu points ,but this is not something critical
all in all I think cryptogames design is good enough to not consider any major revamping and changes

Yeah that is good point. This site is defiantly light weight but i think in modern era it can be bit heavier in favor of better design. Just my opinion.
