Terrible news. At least you could had allowed current investors to keep their investment. Eventually you would had achieved your goal of decreasing the investments from "outsiders" anyway, but this way you would at least let those that helped you grow stay with you, while still getting a fee from their investment profit. As many of you might know, CryptoGames has not always been a crowdsourced casino. When we first started accepting bankroll investments, the idea was simple, allowing users to participate in the bankroll would enable the site to offer higher limits on betsizes and thus give it the necessary room to grow. The investors in turn would be included in the distribution of the site's profit and share its success.
 
Making this decision has played an essential role in bringing the site to where it is today, and we are incredibly thankful to all investors, some of which have stayed with us for several years, for their continued participation. We appreciate the trust you have placed in the site and also the organisation behind it. However, storing huge amounts of users‘ funds over a very long period of time comes with a lot of responsibilities. Responsibilities we have always taken very seriously at CryptoGames.
Over the years, we have spent a lot of time, effort, and also money on managing and securing bankroll funds. We’ve set up a secure way to store those funds, and we did set up processes to distribute funds, whenever that was necessary. Chainsplits like those of BTC/BCH or BTC/BTG did cost us a lot of additional time that we couldn‘t spend on improving the site itself. But we’ve been happy to do these distribution processes, because our first priority are always our users, both players and investors. We try to do right by you, and felt like this was the most fair way to handle the situations.

In this spirit, we have also always considered the impact for investors when making changes to the site, or setting up new promotions. In many cases, this has limited the ways in which we could adjust the site‘s structure, and the options we had to run promotions.

As of right now, we do believe that accepting public bankroll investments is no longer beneficial to the site. The advantages they provide are dwindling while the risk connected to them has been increasing more and more as the bankrolls and their value grew. It is a risk we are no longer willing to take and as a result of that, we have decided to shut down our bankroll investment option. This will also allow us to focus efforts that had been previously tied up with maintaining investments on other issues, and it will give us the freedom to change the site in a few ways we had previously not been able to. Further, it will allow us to run additional promotions and events, without having to consider the repercussions for investors every time.
What does this mean exactly? As you might have already heard, we stopped accepting new investors a little while ago. This was the first step towards removing bankroll investments entirely. In a second step, as of right now, no new investments can be placed, regardless of whether you are currently an investor, have formerly been one, or are completely new to the site.
Currently active investments will stay valid and continue to work in the same way they have before for the next 30 days. During this time we encourage all investors to remove their investments. After that 30 day period is over, investment calculations will stop and any leftover funds invested will be added to the active playing balance of the specific accounts.
 
Additionally, since we expect a huge amount of withdrawals over that period, and since many investments are very big in size, please understand that those withdrawals cannot all be covered automatically by our hotwallet system. Bigger withdrawals will thus be processed manually and this can take a little while. We expect that most investment withdrawals will be handled within 24 hours from being issued. They abruptly terminated the BRs without specifying a deadline for the investors to pull out in advance?

It's an advance notice of changes taking place in 30 days. Before those 30 days have passed, nothing changes, thus I would disagree with you calling it abruptly.
As you mention a deadline, it is given with those 30 days. Which I also think is more than enough time for an advance notification.

If they already have a lot of money of their own that they saved up during this period, why wouldn't they just simply continue to do it all by themselves? Like what they said they no longer see their bankrolls beneficial in their gambling site so I don't think extending it for another 6 months is really an option here. Besides investors in a bankroll isn't the same as being a stockholder of a company, even if they are part in the profit sharing for crypto-games it doesn't make them a shareholder for them so they don't partake in any kind of decision making for their plans. Basically bankroll investors have no say for decisions like this. Bad news as it be there is really nothing left but for you to adjust with their current plans, if the management says 30 days then I do recommend you following their instructions of withdrawing your funds as soon as possible since there will be a lot of your doing so.

Well that would be more better to have since 30 days notice is enough to tell the investors to take out their money on the platform but I don't see a point to argue or complain on what they are doing right now since I think they know what to do and this decision made by them is I for sure studied by them that's why they are confident to run this smoothly since they found that there's no benefit they can get for the existing implementation they do.

They could simply not allow to invest more, just to divest. Eventually they would achieve the same goal but at least they would let those that helped them grow stay with them.

In order for Crypto-games to grow, it needs funds. I doubt CG can simply say to the stakeholders, "hey is it OK if we take all the profits for a while to spend on marketing, development and other things needed to grow?"

Well, I tried your site in mobile. It doesnt break, but claiming that it is a mobile friendly design is probably a little too much to say. Everything is so tiny on mobile, so you need to zoom to see it and especially if you want to click it.
And also the colors in the menu is not that good, with red/brown (yes, I am slightly colorblind) on dark grey.

My answer is yes, I trust in your ability on using those funds properly, as you have shown to be a well run business and I guess most of the the bankroll is owned by the owners of the site. If I didn't trust you, I would had never invested in your business to begin with.

FYI, I'm not an employee of crypto-games.net, I'm simply stating my opinion on the matter.

It's hard to grow when the marketing and development budget is cut short by splitting the house edge through the bankroll.
