Minesweeper works in a way where the maximum multiplier goes down again if you add more mines after 13.

For a game with 24 mines, you can only play one round, thus the multiplier would be (25/1) = 25x before the house edge.
Compare this to 13 mines, where you have (25/12)*(24/11)*(23/10)*(22/9)*(21/8)*(20/7)*(19/6)*(18/5)*(17/4)*(16/3)*(15/2)*(14/1) = 5,200,300x before the house edge,
and you see, that the maximum multiplier relies on both you having many mines and you having the ability to play many rounds.

This sweet-spot is hit with 12 mines / 13 rounds and 13 mines / 12 rounds, where the maximum technically possible multiplier is achieved. Adding more mines after that only decreases this limit.

However it is still good that it allows you to get out at that moment because I was afraid it would just stuck you there and you would have to wait for a support to come. I have never gambled that high to know what really happens but read from people who had that happen to them in other games I am not going to name so cryptogames made it into a better version of theirs.

Didn't find better solution to this issue. If users get till the end of game, they can cashout their profits (nothing get lost). Until now only one player got to the end of the game, and didn't complain at all

I don't really see how it's confusing, to be completely honest. All other games also have these max win per bet implemented, makes sense that you could hit that mid-game with minesweeper
