Definitely seems dodgy. I won't be participating as you can't trust someone who cuts the price in half and has ridiculous minimum posts given how few days are left and how few posts are currently on the forum

My conversation with owner answering some of my questions. Seems a bit scammy and untrustworthy to me but make your own mind up...

DRK: Just got a couple of questions 1) I signed up at the 0.001 rate per post (the same as my current sig campaign on BTCtalk), although price is dropped, do I still qualify for the higher rate given thats what I signed up at? 2) Are there only about 8-10 topics on the forum right now or am I unable to see them? I disagree to the idea of being scam, although I asked to clarify what is final rate of payment, if you see his/her website it is very well designed and it is obvious that he/she paid a lot for design, if he does not pay all the payments, all the costs and time that the bityfree admin has spent becomes ash! Because we simply can post negative comments about his forum and make is ruined. But maybe they want to pay as less as possible.

Crazy is definitely the word to use as there isn't much topics to post at and u can't keep on posting in the same few threads unless u start a new thread/topic...How many topics/threads u gonna start?! Better to take it slow and post genuinely and like OP said, he'll let 50% roll over to the next month if you don't meet the required number of posts.
