all you yelling fraud are just passing your responsibility, you knew what you were getting into, I know I did.

What is frustrating me is why is this market still locked?  Either refund the money or let us trade the stupid coin.  I don't understand why we traded it for 48 hours or whatever and then it stopped.  The value going down is understandable, its a shitty coin, not the first.

Is it that the "correct people" are losing money that this became A big deal?  I mean wtf.

from time to time i think bittrex should be more user friendly instead of scamfriendly...

but i think they dont care about the user! they will come back for sure...

u see the volume? all the last scamcoins and ico scams...why bittrex pay them out after obvious and proof scam?RED FLAGS

i wont trade @ bittrex next time until the scams and icos are away and they support the community not the user

but btc fee is more worth than the user where they got the fees from!

bittrex should overwork their security  and should be more user friendly!Ppl start to untrust bittrex more and more...and whats more worth...long term trading or fast btc???

guys

http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/#money-transfer

this is website for consumer protection in the USA

I have filed my complaint
and I urge you guys all to do the same
RAMI and RICHIE don't give a shit as long they keep making money
the only way they are going to listen to people and treat us like customers is to have pressure put on them from above
if enough people that have been scammed start sending complaints bittrex will be in trouble
this has gone too far now
and i wont allow them to get away with it

WTF??? Are you serious??? Yes quite a few people were hurt by the dump, and I was one of the first people on Twitter asking for Bittrex to halt trading minutes after trading began. However, threats of filing reports is ludicrous and it is not the solution to the problem. If you were the one dumping would you still be advocating reporting Bittrex? How many times have you dumped a coin? Did anyone force you to trade on their exchange? Did anyone force you to trade CLSTR? Should Bittrex refund everyone each time a coin is dumped? Take responsibilities for your actions and stop blaming everyone else for your decisions. I agree something has to be done about scams and coins created solely for the purpose of dumping, but reporting Bittrex is not the answer.

1. You do not need a money transfer license for cryptocurrencies as long as you are not converting the cryptocurrency into fiat or vise versa.

2. Getting the Federal government involved is a quick way to regulation.

For example:

a) If you are under the age of 18 you will most likely not be able to trade.
b) You will definitely have to provide personal information before trading.
c) If you live in certain countries you will not be able to trade on a US based exchanges.

So I strongly suggest you stop with the chest thumping and rhetoric. No one here wants to be scammed, but we also do not want unnecessary regulations. I am sure Bittrex will figure out an amicable solution most people will be happy with.

PS: How much did you lose on that dump?

It's sweet you believe that the federal government won't come regulation altcoin no matter what and that scam victims should just swallow it. Regulations are needed anyway. Minors shouldn't trade all their money anyway.

There can be self imposed guidelines/restrictions. The Porn and game industry were both successful at self "regulation" without the Federal government having to step in.

I was with you until that last line....  The porn and game industries both have federal regulation.

Porn only started to self regulate after decades of illegality / living in the grey area and today is fairly regulated - to the point the regulations are suffercating them. It's also not fairly effective in self regulation and all few years or so they law maker steps in to do something. Revenge porn being made illegal just recently is one example. Animated child porn before the other. And before that bestiality. Etc. pp.

Also even if the altcoin community should manage to self regulate, which I highly doubt, the government will come no matter what if its not for the scames and gambling aspect, then to fight tax evasion and money laundering. It's inevitable.

I was with you until that last line....  The porn and game industries both have federal regulation.

You missed my point. Back in the late 80s the government was going to make porn illegal or nearly impossible to film because of STDs..etc..etc. However, the porn industry realized to prevent strict regulations they would start having all the actors/actresses take regular STD tests and carry ID proving they passed the tests before filming. There were other restrictions the porn industry itself put in place. There aren't any Federal regulations requiring porn actors/actresses to take regular STD tests. Because the porn industry self regulated, that stopped the government from imposing stricter regulations.

The video game industry did something similar with the rating system. Once again the government was threatening to ban violent games, and that is when the video game industry devised the rating system.

I am not claiming these industries "regulations" are perfect, but it is better to have self imposed restrictions than having them forced on you.

I totally agree with it being better to self regulate, and hopefully crypto is designed to be difficult for outside entities to regulate it.  I personally really like the unregulated markets.  I probably wouldn't even be here otherwise.

So basically bittrex would refund the whole 3.5M coins at a 10k initial sold price?

If they do.

IE you fucking scumbag , your one of the biggest pump and dump scammers out there
your a reason why there is so many scammers , crypto kids think to emselves how much did chris make from stealing from blackcoin and his pumps and dumps, he must be rich , i wanna be just like chris he's a cool scammer
shut the fuck up noone even gives a shit what you think
my friend that got into crypto recently after spending 2 days on the forum asks me "who's Christopher Bouzy?" i asked him why he said "i read he's the biggest scammer out there"
your reputation proceeds you sir
you are indeed king of all the scumbag scammers

i personally dont think thats very fair on IE, he has brought up good points here and even if you dont agree with him the fact remains you have contributed less than zero to this conversation.

you cant pin the current environment on one crypto trader, i often see IE trying to offer solutions to the problems facing crypto today, everyone is into the pumping and dumping and a lot of people would make little or no profit if it wasnt the case.

i know you probably think im kissing IE's ass but i rarely ever follow his recommendations and i can see that he has the right sort of attitude and crypto needs a few more people thinking truly longterm

I personally think boycotting is a bit extreme. No one has clearly explained what the scam was if there was even a scam. I was watching the trading that morning and the dumping started nearly instantly. The only reason why anyone would dump so quickly  because they wanted to purposely hurt the coin.

Are you part of this coin team?
