Most likely they didn't make near what they hoped off the scam so one guy trys to save face and "restore hope" so they get a second shot at another theft wallet. Seems easier than creating a whole new coin, sadly.
LoL, Your Right, The ClusterCoin Con is Conclusively Caught!!!!! I'll admit some scam coins are "Professionally" executed ie.. Usecoin in which the Dev openly admitted it was an IPO dump scam from its inception and that the Dev profitted GREATLY from his scam, yet usecoin is still being mined, bought, sold, and traded as if nothing ever happened. Now as far as clustercoin BitTrex did in fact destroy the coins as the Dev mentioned which seemed hopeful, however 1 or 2 hours later BitTrex didn't just disable clustercoin they removed it entirely which is OBVIOUSLY A HUGE RED FLAG. In my experience BitTrex only removes coins if their 7 day trading volume isn't atleast .01btc, clustercoin is the first and only coin ive seen BitTrex add then completely remove within a matter of hours; so like you said to continue to pursue this coin is absurd. I can see the Dev put some real effort into making clustercoin, however its over now... the jig is up... Not sure if the Dev showed his hand a little too soon or what exactly happened but the clustercoin con is over, so you clustercoin developers need to learn your lesson and just move on to your next scamcoin LoL... Ill even help you name your new coin, if you call it ConCoin or ScamCoin i'd be willing to bet some people would think it had to be real cause why would a scamming con artist name his coin that
