Hey, Zelig. Please feel free to ask any questions! One: have a look here: http://indiamikezulu.com.au/491/coretaniumTwo: at this early early moment -- less than 2.0 Bitcoin pledged -- the funds are in my wallet: 1DG6gjrZ6XyzSUBA6GBrhra5FSQwkiQy7y It is (as it will be with 'equity DVC,' and as it is at this moment with Guyinanutshell's 'frozen UNO') the duty of everyone to check those wallet balances. There are no if or buts: if you are ever caught without the pledged funds available, you are busted.Three: good question! We are still discussing it. My thought? Have a look at the 365-day chart, at last December. Uno drifted down to .005, right to the 'base line' it had maintained since the Wolong pump finished on March 28, 2014. I would hate to see Unobtanium ever drop below that line. Four: we all have access to the funds -- that is, we'd vote on their deployment; but I could run off to the Bahamas with that $300 worth of coin at any time. I think that the Core-tanium funds should actually be in the wallets of those who pledge the amounts. What happened was . . . everyone piled in when we started discussing the idea, and the amounts just arrived in my wallet. Five: my thought: as with Four above: better that the funds be in the owners' wallets; be put onto exchange floors by the owners; and the Uno purchased go back to those people. Six: I have accepted Trade 63. PM me your Uno address. My Bitcoin address is in my signature. You will (I think) need 3 completed trades to become a TT. I will help you all the way. (Zelig, no BS here: you are a known member of this community!) Have a look here: http://indiamikezulu.com.au/454/list-of-trusted-tradersWoo hoo! Go, you!Mark Alright, UNO received. Now... I'm thinking I need to confirm receipt. Or, do you do that? Edit: I just marked trade complete. Thanks, Mark! Much appreciated! Respectfully, Zelig aka Dave

Z, the system works on what's been sent -- 'cause if a sum of crypto been sent, there's a transaction ID, and we can squabble later on.
So, pop over to the trade-tracker, where you'll see that I have put 'Y' in the 'Buyer Sent?' cell. When you have 'my Bitcoin' registered on the blockchain (even though it may not be confirmed), then you put 'Y' in the 'Seller sent?' cell.
And the Trade's status is changed to 'Complete' when the last action in the Trade is complete. In this case (as my 'Y' is there), when you have a transaction ID on the outgoing Bitcoin.
The system will shortly make sense to you. The logical number of 'Ys' and a 'Complete' are sufficient 'confirmations'!
For example, sometimes, if a Trade involves posting something, there is only one lot of crypto sent, and it may be a week before the receiver gets the package, and enters 'Complete.'

Mark, do you mean to have Allcrypt instead of Coinbroker in the daily post? They are currently our 4th most-traded market. Code for your convenience, if interested: AllCrypt

I don't think we've discussed a maximum stars though I suppose 5 stars would be suitable.
It's not a 'rating' system but rather a representation of the shred trust across the UN-Ex community and is used as an entry point for DVC and likely future projects with this group.
It's a weaning process and a trust earning/proofing exercise that helps to promote the trade of cryptos and ideas p2p within the community rather than dumping on exchanges and getting lost in forums.
People with more stars have more to lose by damaging that reputation than they have to gain by gaming the community.
It's not 100% (nothing is) but it's a work in progress and working currently project.

Well done, Zelig, good to have you in Un-Ex orbit! If you click on the 'Members' tab of the Trade Tracker, you can see you're listed there. As you complete trades, your rating will rise (it's a work in progress). Also, do check out the About tab, there's a clear explanation of Coretanium and a bunch of other FAQ-type stuff, for your interest. Not sure how many people find this tab useful (or if they notice it at all) but it's continually being added-to and updated. Again, welcome and well done today Mark, do you mean to have Allcrypt instead of Coinbroker in the daily post? They are currently our 4th most-traded market. Code for your convenience, if interested: AllCryptThanks for that, B. I've added the code into Mark's Daily Post Generator

Tee hee . . . oh, you're gonna hate me for this:
nuh! I am strapped for the bit of Bitcoin I need to 'keep the engine running.' It'll be about a month before I can scare up even a half a Btc to give me some leeway on the bullion project. But by about May, the 'fiat holding-tank will have enough funds in it to make $AU purchases unproblematic.

You guys get a load of that IMZ? Geez, I just hate that guy. Naaah, I was just using you un-altruistically to try to save me jumping from AUD to BTC to UNO. I encourage a "no" at any time, it's good to be able to talk straight with no games here, hombre Catch you for a yak soon! Happy selling. (On second thoughts its just as well you declined, I don't really have the money right now... it's just hard to pass up a few more UNO while it's at these prices!!)

Thanks Ian, I see the Anon-centric butt of the joke here now; a reference to the un-hackable nature of the Un-Ex in particular, presumably. Cheers.

@ cragv: I shall re-read and re-re-read " https://bitcoinmagazine.com/17824/how-to-ensure-network-scalibility-fighting-blockchain-bloat" and the others. By the time I got to "silly [terms] like “blockchain bloat," I felt silly -- but it did take Ian and I 48 hours of drama to get 'The Behemoth,' the standard Bitcoin wallet, synched on my laptop. That's a barrier to adoption at this second. So I don't feel so silly about my question. m
